A condo in Hammock Dunes tops the list of real estate transactions for the week of July 18 to July 22. Hammock Beach III LLC sold Unit 341-D at 200 Oceancrest Drive to Gary and Debra Fontana, of Freeport, Ill., for $550,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,246 square feet of living area.

Sea Colony
Thomas and Diane High, of Port Orange, sold the home at 7 Andover Drive to Martin Atkinson, of Jacksonville, for $175,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,722 square feet of living area. It sold for $155,000 in 2002.

Joey Lelah, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 6 Avalon Drive to Basil Yorio Jr. and Laura Yorio, of Palm Coast, for $163,900. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,296 square feet of living area. It sold for $104,300 in 1986.

HAMMOCK DUNES
Scott and Lorraine Caucci, of Hibbing, Minn., sold the home at 14 Ocean Oaks Lane to Christopher and Susan Lee, of Palm Coast, for $445,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen and 2,364 square feet of living area. It sold for $571,500 in 2008.

Galina Bogdan, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 723 at 700 Canopy Walk Lane to Joyce Ross, of Palm Coast, for $156,200. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,238 square feet of living area. It sold for $214,000 in 2004.

Cypress Knoll
Seagate Homes LLC sold the home at 18 East Bourne Lane to Henry Clarius, of Palm Coast, for $175,400. Built in 2011, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,047 square feet of living area.

Grand Haven
Milton Freifeld and Muriel Freifeld, Marin and Lora Freifeld, and Kenneth and Alison Cowan, all of Dallas, Pa., sold the home at 6 Deerfield Court to Stanley and Pranee Wakefield, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,809 square feet of living area. It sold for $164,600 in 1999.

Ekhtibar Damirov and Amina Damirova sold the home at 5 Grandview Drive to Samuel Gucailo, of Altamonte Springs, for $200,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,398 square feet of living area.

Aristide Charles and Rose DeTorres, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 3 Pelican Court to Boris and Irene Zotov, of Palm Coast, for $215,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,930 square feet of living area. It sold for $269,000 in 2004.

Peter Frey sold Unit D-202 at 200 Riverfront Drive to Leon and Linda Lussier, of Monroe, N.Y., for $140,800. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,781 square feet of living area. It sold for $395,000 in 2006.

Frank Maxwell, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 96 Bud Hollow Drive to Anthony Rotola, of Glen Head, N.Y., for $100,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,783 square feet of living area. It sold for $161,900 in 2004.

Sandra Fenstermacher, of Bethlehem, Pa., sold the home at 13 Roxanne Lane to Peter Stone, of Palm Coast, for $115,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,624 square feet of living area. It sold for $149,900 in 2003.

George and Gladys Torres, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 30 Ryecliffe Drive to Silvia Castro, of Linden, N.J., for $90,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,001 square feet of living area. It sold for $214,100 in 2006.

Kondaur Capital Corp. sold the home at 29 Lynbrook Drive to Elizabeth Orr, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,045 square feet of living area.

Richard Goldman and Edith Goldman, both of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 5 Clark Lane to Shawn and Rhonda Needham, of Palm Coast, for $65,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,216 square feet of living area.

Margaret Ashcom, of Bunnell, sold the home at 44 Colechester Lane to Izidor Voskoboynik and Margarite Voskoboynik, both of San Jose, Calif., for $148,000. Built in 2004, it has five bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,488 square feet of living area. It sold for $234,800 in 2004.

Romeo and Jocelyn Balagot, of Syosset, N.Y., sold the home at 25 Collington Court to John and Laura Wells, of Palm Coast, for $186,500. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths, two boat docks and 1,537 square feet of living area. It sold for $265,000 in 2004.

Segundo and Marina Becerra, of Mount Vernon, N.Y., sold the home at 11 Ferdinand Lane to Louis DiSanto, of Palm Coast, for $58,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,397 square feet of living area. It sold for $66,000 in 1988.

Raymond and Lois Greenleaf, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Folcroft Lane to George and Lourdes Loureiro, of Elizabeth, N.J., for $140,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,808 square feet of living area. It sold for $114,500 in 2000.

Louis Marino III and Vincenzo Marino, both of Palm Coast, sold the home at 22 Foxhall Lane to Diane Swain, of Palm Coast, for $113,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,685 square feet of living area. It sold for $98,000 in 1989.

U.S. Bank National Association sold the home at 4 Pickcane Lane to Dennis and Kathleen Rossi, of Palm Coast, for $56,000. Built in 1985, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,092 square feet of living area. It sold for $95,000 in 2004.

DLJ Mortgage Capital Inc. sold the home at 48 Pilgrim Drive to Gerard Guida, of Palm Coast, for $106,750. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,612 square feet of living area.

Glenn Fairchild, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 30 Pine Haven Drive to James and Vanara Farron, of Fort Sill, Okla., for $104,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,781 square feet of living area. It sold for $165,900 in 2005.

Jack and Barbara Thompson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 73 Westfield Lane to Raymond and Deborah Brust, of Islip Terrace, N.Y., for $137,500. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,192 square feet of living area. It sold for $172,500 in 2004.

Hancock Bank sold the home at 13 Old Oak Drive S. to Scott and Eileen Heck, of Palm Coast, for $268,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a summer kitchen and 2,944 square feet of living area. It sold for $439,800 in 2004.
