Hammock Dunes condo sells for $850,000

A condo in Hammock Dunes tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of March 28 to April 1.

William and Launi Mills, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 901 at 85 Ave. De La Mer to Kelly Marshall, of Palm Coast, for $850,000.

Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,077 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,450,000 in 2006.
