The top real estate transaction for the week of May 10-16 in Flagler County is in Yacht Harbor on the Matanzas River. Robert and Theresa Stoffel, of Palm Coast, sold 351 Harbor Village Point N. to John and Julie Clark, of Palm Coast, for $885,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool, elevator and 3,403 square feet.

 

Condos

Arthur and Virginia MacQueen, of Palm Coast, sold 14 Marina Point Place to Norman and Judith Chetcuti, of Palm Coast, for $255,000. Built in 1991, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,565 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $142,000.

 

Jose Delgado-Elvir and Theodore Anders, of Ocala, sold 92 Rivers Edge Lane, Unit 92, to Donald and Mary Wieber, as trustees, for $199,600. Built in 1989, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,230 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $138,000.

 

Peter and Carol Menzies, of Ontario, sold 18 Magnolia Drive S., Unit 18, to Susan Thornton, of Ormond Beach, for $176,000. Built in 1986, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,300 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $88,000.

 

Vitautas Kneizevichius, of Palm Coast, sold 4600 Moody Blvd., Unit 5N, to Francesca Bonomo, as trustee, for $96,500. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,050 square feet. It sold in March for $79,000.

 

Fuquay

Gail McDonough and Jack McNelly, of Flagler Beach, sold 1600 Flagler Ave. S. to George and Kim Lawrence, of Flagler Beach, for $353,000. Built in 1976, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,430 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $235,000.

D.R. Horton Inc. - Jacksonville, sold 128 Crepe Myrtle Place to David and Brooks Hendricks, of Palm Coast, for $239,990. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,798 square feet.

 

Hammock Dunes

Lauraine Holden, individually and as trustee, sold 10 Roma Court to William and June Buck, as trustees, for $625,000. Built in 1992, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,002 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $520,000.

 

Idle Acres

Steven Thomas, as manager of Flagler County Holdings LLC, sold 4757 County Road 305 to Michael Martin, of North Port, for $225,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, barn and 1,345 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $58,000.

 

Indian Trails

David and Melita Musanovic, of Palm Coast, sold 7 Bird Tree Place to Aaron and Melissa Blankenship, of Morristown, Tennessee, for $315,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 2,410 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $272,500.

 

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 9 Bishop Lane to Todd and Diana Colton, of Sunrise, for $242,500. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,208 square feet.

 

Lakeside at Matanzas Shores

Michael and Joan Dunworth, of Palm Coast, sold 2 San Pablo Court to Brendan Bergin and Constance Kellner, of Copell, Texas, for $320,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,853 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $350,000.

 

Lehigh Woods

Rishikesh Shringarpure, of Montclair, New Jersey, sold 1 Roller Lane to Jose Romero, of Palm Coast, for $154,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,512 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $98,900.

 

Laurie Dion-Upton, of Henderson, North Carolina, sold 4 Ranbay Place to Stephen Quartarone, of Palm Coast, for $129,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,472 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $66,000.

Mark and Penny Gallo, of Sebastian, sold 19 Lake Success Place to Sonja and Kevin McSweeney, of Palm Coast, for $275,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,105 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $355,000.

 

Inna Sominsky, of Brooklyn, sold 10 Louisiana Drive to Lance Webber and Colleen Brooks for $183,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,434 square feet.

Andreas Ebner and Cinda Holsombach-Ebner, of Banner Elk, North Carolina, sold 22 Collington Court to Casey and Diana Gibson, of Palm Coast, for $320,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, boat dock and 1,836 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $237,500.

Seminole Woods

Thomas and Eva Cool, of Santa Cruz, California, sold 2 Sleepy Hollow Trail to Joseph Fajardo, of Palm Coast, for $195,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,105 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $288,400.
