The following is a statement from the Flagler County Sheriff's Office:

William Copeland was arrested without incident May 21 (around 6:45 p.m.) in Volusia County by the U.S. Marshal’s Service as part of the Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force and the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office’s Crime Suppression Team. He will be booked into the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office pending transfer to the Flagler County Inmate Facility. No further information is available.
