William Charles Lynch, Jr.

William Charles Lynch, Jr., passed away on February 7, 2020 at the age of 82.

William was the youngest of three children born to William and Marie Lynch. He was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. He joined the US Airforce at a young age and served a four year term honorably as an MP. After returning to civilian life William worked as a mechanic for General Electric which led him to open TWI, Transmission World Inc. in Alexandria, Virginia. His hard work and dedication made TWI a successful business for 30 years. In 2008 William retired to Palm Coast.

William will be fondly remembered as a devoted family man, hardworking and generous and a loving grandfather.

He is survived by his three children and their spouses; Larissa (Vic) Dennis, William J. Lynch (Dr. Deena Tiches) and Coleen (John) Norris; three grandchildren Kelsey, JD and Grant and his domestic partner of 10 years Barbra Dragstrom. William’s wife of 50 years, Jeanette preceded him in death.
