Blessing of the Horses and Open House

Mad Hatter’s Christmas Ball

Where: The Columbian Club of Flagler County, 51 Old Kings Road N.
Details: For its eighth-annual season, the Mad Hatter’s Christmas Ball returns to the Columbian Club. $100 cash prizes will be awarded by a panel of distinguished judges for "The Funniest, Most Attractive and Most Creative Wearable Hats."
