According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts for Feb. 4-10:

 

  • Consolidated Financial and Tax is a CPA at 7 Florida Park Drive.
  • BedTops LLC is retail facility at 19 Hargrove Grade.
  • Lisbon Café/Lisbon @ Night is a restaurant at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway.
  • Anthony’s Pizza is a restaurant at 250 Palm Coast Parkway.
  • Realty Exchange LLC a real estate office at 300 Palm Coast Parkway.
  • Home-based businesses: CHB East Coast Construction Inc., building contractor; Brendlyn Assisted Living LLC, assisted living facility; John M. Sisco, a tree surgeon; Blissful Landscapes, landscaping service; A1A REO Restoration, janitorial service; Richard Miller, handyman service; Organized to Perfection by Laura, unclassified personal service; Julie A. Walsh, administrative support.

 

The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Feb. 4-10. Total number of permits issued: 230. Since January 2009, $838,099,257 construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

 

Commercial permits applications

Baston-Cook Company applied for an $185,000 application for a site development for a three-story and 32 bed addition at 60 Memorial Medical Parkway.

Certified General Contractors applied for an $150,000 application for alterations at CrossFit in Island Walk at 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE, Unit 604.

 

Residential permits issued

Ajax Building was issued $409,000 site development for the Arts Foundation at 1500 Central Ave.

Dav-Lin Interior Contracting was issued $75,000 for an alteration at Tropical Smoothie in Island Walk, 250 Palm Coast Parkway, Unit 203.

Mike Mullen was issued $9,000 for an alteration at Edible Arrangements, 1268 Palm Coast Parkway SW, Unit 203.

Tumbleson White Construction was issued $6,000 for a dumpster enclosure at 18 Florida Park Drive.

 

Residential permits issued

Ideal Homes at Palm Coast was issued $314,000 for a single-family residence at 41 Williams Drive.

Holiday Builders was issued $301,000 for a single-family residence at 67 Pilgrim Drive.

Pinnacle Homes was issued $300,000 for a single-family residence at 134 Longview Way N.

Vanacore Construction was issued $300,000 for a single-family residence at 53 Evans Drive.

Seagate Homes was issued $293,000 for a single-family residence at 77 Bren Mar Lane.

DR Horton was issued $291,000 for a single-family residence at 10 Waterfront Cove.

Adams Homes was issued $272,000 for a single-family residence at 137 Secretary Trail.

Holiday Builders was issued $255,000 for a single-family residence at 65 Pilgrim Drive.

Seagate Homes was issued $239,000 for a single-family residence at 9 Burning Ember Lane.

DR Horton was issued $233,000 for a single-family residence at 19 Country Club Harbor Circle.

Holiday Builders was issued $206,000 for a single-family residence at 141 Ryberry Drive.

Adams Homes was issued $194,000 for a single-family residence at 33 Pine Hurst Lane.

Custom Home Improvements was issued $3,000 for an alteration at 13 River Park Drive N.

Stoughton & Duran Construction was issued a $15,000 permit for Lisbon Café at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, Unit C-129.
