Flagler County’s first Wawa donated nearly 1,000 meals for healthcare workers at AdventHealth Palm Coast, according to a June 12 press release sent by the hospital.

Located on the corner of State Road 100 and Bulldog Drive, Wawa is expected to open to the public on June 18.

“Wawa is all about supporting the communities that we serve,” said Pat Liney, Wawa general manager. “Providing meals to the employees of AdventHealth Palm Coast was an easy decision for us as we appreciate what they do every day.”

“We truly appreciate Wawa’s support and our employees enjoyed the wide variety of great food,” said Wally DeAquino, AdventHealth Palm Coast chief operating officer. “We welcome Wawa to our Flagler County community.”
