A total of 113 permits were issued through Palm Coast between Thursday, July 19, and Wednesday, July 25.

Two commercial permits were issued, one to Superior Design Construction LLC, for $1,262,900 renovations to the photo lab, refrigeration system, vision center and pharmacy at Wal-Mart, at 174 Cypress Point Parkway. The second was a $1,420,000 permit issued to P&S Paving, for an asphalt path and walkway bridge on Palm Harbor Parkway.

Occupancy permits were issued to Abundant Life Ministries/Hope House Foster Care (located at 27 Eagle Harbor Trail), Bizcard Express (at 3 Cypress Brand Way) and BBS Management Group/Hero’s Internet Center (at 50 Plaza Drive)

No Commercial certificates of occupancy were issued.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Seagate Homes, for a $489,000 single-family residence, at 20 Lamoure Lane. The largest renovation permit of the week was issued to Lifetime Enclosures Inc., for a $10,232 addition to 28 Luther Drive.
