A total of 132 permits were issued through Palm Coast between Thursday, March 22, and Wednesday, March 28

Commercial permits were issued to Verdego Inc., for $7,500 walkways and landscaping at 23 Front Street, and to 3B’s Custom Concrete, for $6,000 walkways at 98 Palm Coast Resort Blvd.

A commercial permit application was also submitted by Stephen Gehring Construction, for $1.2 million interior renovations to Wal-Mart at 174 Cypress Point Parkway. Another was submitted by Stirling Construction, for $200,000 interior renovations to Palm Coast Dental Care, at 85 Cypress Point Parkway.

No occupancy permits were issued.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Keystone Homes, for a $358,000 single-family residence at 30 Westmill Lane. The largest renovation permit was issued to Whitley Builders, for a $70,000 addition to 26 Ferber Lane..
