Unique, hexagon-shaped home draws almost $2 million

An ocean view home in Flagler Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of Dec. 9-15 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Larry and Lauren Hiss, individually and as trustees, sold 1328 S. Ocean Shore Blvd. to William and Frances Mino, and Jeffrey and Rosebel Mino, of Randolph, New Jersey, for $1,775,000. Built in 1982, the house is a 4/3 and has 1,435 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $1 million. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

James and Nancy Fitzgibbons, of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, sold 15 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 2202, to David and Carol Yoder, and Patricia Lynch, of Palm Coast, for $949,000. Built in 1996, the condo is a 3/3.5 and has 3,068 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $684,500.

William Dixon, of Sea Bright, New Jersey, sold 1601 N. Central Ave., Unit 404, to Mayberry Property Management LLC, of Dunnellon, for $519,500. Built in 1984, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,215 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $194,500.

Virginia Blumenauer sold 115 Riverview Bend S., Unit 2147, to Michael Leykind, of Plymouth, Massachusetts, for $287,000. Built in 2007, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,115 square feet.

Atlanta Beach

Gordon and Bonnie Pfersich sold 2659 Annette St. to Troy and Penny Berry, of Flagler Beach, for $725,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,329 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $460,000.

Belle Terre

Estela Techera, of Palm Coast, sold 8 Palm Leaf Lane to John and Gina Bayne, of Palm Coast, for $290,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,903 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $200,000.

Country Club Harbor

Charles and Donna Winter, of Palm Coast, sold 31 Country Club Harbor Circle to Michael and Janet Kazio, of Palm Coast, for $535,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,047 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $355,000.

Eagle Lakes

Daniel and Janee Fuoco, of Palm Coast, sold 6 Lakeside Place S. to Bobbi Hayashi and Edwin Thiruchelvam, of Flagler Beach, for $525,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,526 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $306,600.

Gold Coast

Lynda Kenyon sold 1345 N. Ocean Shore Blvd. to Laura Wylie and George Maurice, of Ontario, Canada, for $790,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,796 square feet.

Roy Carlisi Jr., of Tonawanda, New York, sold 25 Village Drive N. to Martha Belica, of Palm Coast, for $665,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,789 square feet.

Steven and Cherryn Boyens sold 115 Crepe Myrtle Court to Valentin Straticiuc, of Palm Coast, for $370,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,690 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $233,000.
