A seventh-floor Hammock Dunes condo with ocean views topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of July 9 to July 13. Joshua's LLC, of Lake Worth, sold condominium Unit 701 of Tuscany at Hammock Dunes, at 85 Avenue De La Mer, to Bradley and Nancy Batten, of Greensboro, N.C., for $850,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,077 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $1.41 million.

Hammock Dunes
Martha Young, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 19 Via Roma to John and Diana Fields, of Celebration, for $400,000. Built by the seller in 1993, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,887 square feet of living area.

Sea Colony
Gloria DiSanto and Kathleen Gisondo sold the home at 50 Nantucket Drive to Steven and Angela Sidwell, of Newark, Ohio, for $165,000. Built in 1987, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,298 square feet of living area. It Sold in 1998 for $103,000.

Lev Levitan, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 40 Pitman Drive to Dmitriy Zalesskiy, of Staten Island, N.Y., for $90,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,865 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $225,000.

Allied Mortgage Investment Fund II LLC sold the home at 16 Eagle Crest Path to Kazimierz and Halina Janik, of Palm Coast, for $132,500. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,162 square feet of living area. It sold in 1998 for $115,700.

James and Rosalie Cimorelli, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 9 Eisenhower Place to Hernani Da Silva and Maira Silva, of Kearny, N.J., for $127,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,878 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $145,000.

Elliott and Marianne Caldwell, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 99 Evans Drive to Thomas and Sharon Shirk, of Palm Coast, for $180,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,725 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $275,000.
