Stoneweg US, a real estate investment firm specializing in multifamily acquisitions and developments, kicked off the development of Tuscan Reserve Apartments with a ground breaking ceremony in Palm Coast on March 12.

“This is the first of what I hope to be many more development projects for Stoneweg US,” said Patrick Richard, CEO of Stoneweg US. “I’m extremely proud of what the team has accomplished thus far and look forward to getting together with you all again to celebrate the completion of what we know will be an outstanding property.”

Jacksonville-based Summit Contracting Group will lead the development and is targeting completion of the premier apartments in the first quarter of 2021.

“We are very excited to partner with the Stoneweg team on this development,” said Aaron Trascritti, director of client relations. “We are looking forward to executing Stoneweg’s vision in the coming months.”

Upon completion, Tuscan Reserve Apartments will offer 123 modern units, with amenities such as a dog park, an outdoor walking/bike path, lush landscaping, a clubhouse and kitchen area, on-grounds delivery station, and gazebos overseeing the lake located in the center of the property. Tuscan Reserve Apartments is located at 402 Tuscan Reserve Drive, Palm Coast.

AdventHealth Palm Coast celebrated the opening of a new physical therapy clinic for Hammock Dunes Club members on March 10.

Located inside the Hammock Dunes Clubhouse, a private golf community in Palm Coast, the AdventHealth Palm Coast sports medicine and rehabilitation team can alleviate non-emergent muscle and joint problems ranging from sports injuries to back pain.

“AdventHealth Palm Coast has been fantastic to work with,” said Jesse Thorpe, Hammock Dunes Club chief operating officer. “I’ve heard testimonials from people already, literally saying that this service is changing lives. For me, that’s probably the best thing that could possibly happen.”

Using the latest evidence-based treatments and technologies, including the MedBridge app, patients can also access their home exercise program to view videos, track their progress and communicate directly with their therapist between visits.

In addition, the AdventHealth Palm Coast Titleist Performance Institute certified physical therapists will partner with Hammock Dunes’ TPI certified golf instructors to teach golfers the proper body mechanics to reduce injuries while golfing.
