PALM COAST — A total of 155 permits were applied for through the city between Thursday, April 28, and Wednesday, May 4.

Three commercial interior alteration permits — including one for St. Joes Plaza, one for Pinch-a-Penny and one for Kawa Sushi — were issued.

A commercial site development permit has also been officially issued for the sidewalk improvement project at Lehigh Trail.

Occupancy Permits were issued to new residents Palm Harbor BBQ Grill (9 Harbor Center Drive, Unit 11), Neurology and Spine Disorders (140 Pinnacles Drive) and Flagler Palm Coast Travel (272 Palm Coast Pkwy NE).

A certificate of occupancy, through Varnes Contracting, was also issued to Parkview Baptist Church Sanctuary Expansion.

Eleven residential renovation permits were issued, as well, including one $70,000 addition and another $185,000 renovation in the F-section.
