A house on Wingspan Drive was the top real estate transaction for the week of Aug. 16 to Dec. 22 in Plantation Bay. Ronald Maugeri, individually and as trustee, sold 413 Wingspan Drive N. to Joseph and Ariella Valente, of DeLand, for $2 million. Built in 2015, the house has five bedrooms, 7.5 baths, a swimming pool and 8,027 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $1,058,000.
Timothy and Stacy Weeks, as trustees, sold 628 Woodbridge Drive to Peter and Julie McKernan, as trustees, for $633,500. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,661 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $555,000.
Charles and Linda Zinkil, of Ormond Beach, sold 1022 Hampstead Lane to Edward and Varian Doheny, as trustees, for $490,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,042 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $405,000.
Kathryn Decker, of Portland, Oregon, sold 1022 Stone Lake Drive to Kerrie and Jeffrey Roland, of Ormond Beach, for $465,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,565 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $374,500.
Volusia Residential Construction LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 905 Creekwood Drive to Charles and Deborah Olsen, of Ormond Beach, for $410,457. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,498 square feet.

Charles Nagel, of Kapolei, Hawaii, and Anita Kummerle, of Ormond Beach, sold 19 Magnolia Drive N. to David and Marilyn Caneva, of Ormond Beach, for $385,000. Built in 1988, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,559 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $320,000.
Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 617 Aldenham Lane to Michael Conti and Schandra Rodriguez-Conti, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,245 square feet.
Chester and Cindy Piechowiak, of Ormond Beach, sold 1244 Harwick Lane to Eric and Karen Brown for $339,900. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,948 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $252,000.

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 836 Aldenham Lane to Scott Williams, of Ormond Beach, for $237,340. Built in 2018, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,510 square feet.
Anthony Lombardo, individually and as trustee, sold 26 Treetop Circle to Norbert and Arleen Kroeger, of Ormond Beach, for $197,500. Built in 1987, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,312 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $125,900.
