Top transaction in Flagler County: $2.4 million

A house in Ocean Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of Feb. 25 to March 3 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Richard and Lori Rader, of Ocala, sold 1 Ocean Ridge Blvd. S. to Lee and Ronnie Smith, of Statesville, North Carolina, for $2.4 million. Built in 2016, the house is a 4/4.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, dune walk, elevator and 4,610 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $515,000. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Jean and Mattieu Gaulin, individually and as trustees, sold 28 Porto Mar, Unit 303, to Elise Mahoney and Judith Bernier, of Palm Coast, for $1,627,000. Built in 2007, the condo is a 4/4.5 and has 3,847 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $1.6 million.

Michelle Sharman and Marie Benzing, of Palm Coast, sold 35 Riverview Bend S., Unit 1825, to Elizabeth and Acacio Reis, as trustees, for $317,000. Built in 2006, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,575 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $270,000.

John and Patricia Flynn sold 190 S. Riverview Bend, Unit 1024, to Gregory Friedrich, of Wilmette, Illinois, for $195,000. Built in 2007, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,065 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $148,000.

Grand Haven

Charles and Denise Ilmonen, of Palm Coast, sold 106 Lagare St. to Nancy and George Threat, and Christopher Binney, of Palm Coast, for $889,900. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/4 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,306 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $750,000.

Kevin and Kimberly Bohler, of Palm Coast, sold 36 Riverbend Drive to Monica Groshong, of Petaluma, California, for $380,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,627 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $249,000.

Robert Bernstein, of Blairsville, Georgia, sold 88 Roxboro Drive to Richard and Sheriffa Gallwey, of Nanuet, New York, for $220,000. Built in 1996, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,496 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $125,000.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 117 Raemoor Drive to Darlene Breitenbach, of Palm Coast, for $197,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,552 square feet.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 16 Lagoon Way to Gladys Stevenson and Evelyn Way, of Newburgh, New Jersey, for $280,575. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,623 square feet.

Gold Coast Home Builders Inc., of Palm Coast, sold 74 N. Lakewalk Drive to Carlos Pereira and Yana Shinkar, of Palm Coast, for $594,900. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/3 and has 3,057 square feet.

Palm Island

Randal and Pamela Williamson, of Flagler Beach, sold 201 Palm Circle to Jane Whalen, of Flagler Beach, for $550,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 4/4 and has a swimming pool and 2,634 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $369,500.

Pine Grove

Scott Lemke, of Rising Sun, Maryland, sold 97 Park Place Circle to Donald and Phyllis Wahl, of Palm Coast, for $282,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 4/3 and has 1,966 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $227,000.

Pine Lakes

Sandra Ramsey, individually and as trustee, sold 14 Warren Place to Roy and Laurie Catlow of Palm Coast, for $218,000. Built in 1986, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,665 square feet.

Quail Hollow

Terenzio Poggiogalle and Ivana Lopez, of Ormond Beach, sold 7 Kale Court to Ruslan Kondratiuk, Ivan Kondratiuk and Daryna Kondratiuk, of Antelope, California, for $292,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,364 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $188,000.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 7 Oakleaf Way to Michelle and Aaron Brown, of Palm Coast, for $288,885. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,973 square feet.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 24 Sea Spiral Path to Warner and Laura Shaver, of Palm Coast, for $271,415. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,208 square feet.

Marc and Shirley Joubert, of Framingham, Massachusetts, sold 71 Seattle Trail to Allen Fields and Stacy Kmeni, of Mount Clemens, Michigan, for $206,900. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,785 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $193,900.
