Top transaction in Flagler County: $1.3 million

A house in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of April 29 to May 5 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Raymond Gustafson sold 155 Island Estates Parkway to George and Leahlyn Callaham, of Palm Coast, for $1.3 million. Built in 2006, the house is a 4/7.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 5,177 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Carol and Robert Olsen, individually and as trustees, sold 19 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 405, to David and Diana Pisano, of Palm Coast, for $690,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 2,340 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $640,000.

James and Laura Clark, of Brooksville, sold 3600 S. Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 518, to Amy Hunter, of Pleasant Ridge, Michigan, for $286,000. Built in 1984, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,331 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $250,000.

Jeffrey and Marion Hinton, of Flagler Beach, sold 3580 S. Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 301, to Jerome Schmidt and Judy Roma, of Endwell, New York, for $198,500. Built in 1982, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,121 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $140,000.

Anna Kolesnik, of Brooklyn, sold 18 Princess Luise Lane to Jhan Peral and Gisela Ramos, of Palm Coast, for $245,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,746 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $155,200.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 49 Lob Wedge Lane to Linda Roether, as trustee, for $308,408. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/3 and has 2,033 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 27 Grand Par Court to Jane and Norman Hansen, of Bunnell, for $228,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,698 square feet.

Hammock Dunes

Judith Walters, individually and as trustee, sold 3 San Gabriel Lane to Gregg and Elaine Einfalt, of Palm Coast, for $999,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 4/4 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 4,397 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 32 Baltimore Lane to Joshua Sadler, of Palm Coast, for $225,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,862 square feet.

Lehigh Woods

M&M Dawn LLC, of Flagler Beach, sold 17 Rockwell Lane to Cynthia and Richard Bradley, and Andrew Bradley, of Palm Coast, for $287,500. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,826 square feet.

Steven and Brenda Edson, Vannak Kek and Sina Thy, of Palm Coast, sold 30 Ryder Drive to Jennifer Adcox, of Palm Coast, for $224,900. Built in 2004, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,096 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $189,000.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 176 Pine Grove Drive to Domonique Wiley, of Palm Coast, for $206,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,552 square feet.

RH Asset Holdings LLC, of Orlando, sold 60 Underwick Path to Omar Ocampo, of Palm Coast, for $216,650. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,500 square feet.
