A house in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for Oct. 10-16 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Robert George, of La Crosse, Wisconsin, sold 19 Island Estates Parkway to James Muldoon, as trustee, for $910,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 3,688 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $1,520,000. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

Condos

Joyce Geoge, of Palm Coast, sold 2450 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 315, to Vincent and Debra Ortiz, of Flagler Beach, for $621,000. Built in 2007, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,162 square feet.

Charles and Linda Wingo, of Ormond Beach, sold 41 Captains Walk, Unit 41, to Craig and Sandra Berry, of Palm Coast, for $240,000. Built in 1989, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,565 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $190,000.

Steven Logan, of Bunnell, sold 4600 Moody Blvd. E. to The Mullins Companies LLC, of Bunnell, for $93,000. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,050 square feet.

Cypress Knoll

Harmony Lazore and John Martin, of Tampa, sold 10 Elder Drive to Allen and Joyce Flynn, of Palm Coast, for $263,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,223 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $237,900.

AM and OM Renovations LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 16 Eisenhower Place to Natalie and Russell Comstock, of Palm Coast, for $207,500. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,475 square feet. It sold in April for $169,000.

George Moody

Robert Souza, as trustee, sold 301 Central Ave. N. to Jeannette Phillips and Pasquale De Rita, of Flagler Beach, for $266,500. Built in 1950, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 718 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $130,000.

Grand Haven

Skyway Builders Inc., of Palm Coast, sold 220 Willow Oak Way to William and Rose Williams, of Miramar, for $705,000. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,042 square feet.

Wells Fargo Bank N.A., of Frederick, Maryland, sold 44 Front St. to Zander Burger Real Estate LLC, of Palm Coast, for $241,297. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,428 square feet.

Hammock Dunes

Carol Corcoran and Jane Newman, of Palm Coast, sold 7 Montilla Place to Patricia Thomas, of Palm Coast, for $750,000. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool and 3,280 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $721,300.

Indian Trails

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 60 Baltimore Lane to Sheri Lewis, of Palm Coast, for $258,400. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,208 square feet.

Frank Sorrentino, of Hendersonville, North Carolina, sold 212 Beechwood Lane to Bryan Hogan, as trustee, for $185,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool, boat dock and 1,955 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $150,000.

WJH LLC, of Greensboro, North Carolina, sold 51 Birchwood Drive to Natasha Nelson, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,709 square feet.

Lehigh Woods

William and Diane Barrett, of Palm Coast, sold 32 Rydell Lane to Carl and Waylene Young, of Palm Coast, for $219,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,236 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $160,000.

Palm Harbor

Bruce and Deborah Zarajczyk, of Ormond Beach, sold 20 Crandon Court to Cindy Helding, of Palm Coast, for $497,200. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 2,461 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $549,000.

Alexander Gourin, individually and as trustee, sold 23 Colechester Lane to Gary Wagner, of Palm Coast, for $279,000. Built in 1989, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, boat dock and 3,182 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $175,000.

Michael and Vera Levit, individually and as trustees, sold 29 Farnum Lane to Kyle Gravatt, of Kansas City, for $266,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2006 for $345,000.

Pine Grove

Unihouse LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 31 Pinto Lane to Daniel and Beverly Spence, of Palm Coast, for $249,000. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,863 square feet.

Ronnie Ryan, of Palm Coast, sold 21 Poppy Lane to Lawrence and Jennifer Suggs, of Palm Coast, for $185,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,009 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $310,000.

Pine Lakes

Kitty Van Horn, individually and as trustee, sold 29 White House Drive to Jason and Kristina Raper, of Jupiter, for $186,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,224 square feet.

Larry Baxter, of Palm Coast, sold 50 Westlee Lane to John and Carol Gibbons, of Palm Coast, for $183,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,497 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $162,500.

Plantation Bay

Robert and Beverly McKay, of Ormond Beach, sold 830 Westlake Drive to Christopher Sharps and Michelle Sedileau, of Ormond Beach, for $472,000. Built in 2005, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,835 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $395,100.

Quail Hollow

Letford Palmer, of Brooklyn, sold 1 Kantor Court to Shannon and Angela Strickland, of Bunnell, for $160,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,717 square feet.

Sea Scape

Carl Schmidt and Patricia Blackmon, of Beaufort, South Carolina, sold 32 Seascape Drive to George Burnett, as trustee, for $585,000. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,628 square feet.

Woodlands

Audrey Turner and Tawn Turner, of Palm Coast, sold 20 Blackwell Place to Mery Gable, of Palm Coast, for $180,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,955 square feet.
