JMHA Development LLC, of Flagler Beach, sold 4 Valencia St. to Michael and Christine McDaniel, of Palm Coast, for $775,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,605 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Condos

Theodore and Joan Klepp, of Ormond Beach, sold 2450 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 211, to C. Nathaniel and Wendy Merritt, of Hinesville, Georgia, for $462,000. Built in 2007, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,919 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $313,000.

John Deters, of Orange, California, and Agnes Deters, of Palm Coast, sold 80 Surfview Drive, Unit 608, to Jeffrey and Tamara Price, of Palm Coast, for $333,500. Built in 2003, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,455 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $379,000.

Belle Terre

Maryanna and Frederick Wilson Jr. sold 16 Pepper Lane to Stefanie Hawley and Stephen Brady, of Palm Coast, for $245,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,964 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $245,0000.

Grand Haven

Thomas and Kathryn McKean, of Palm Coast, sold 22 Blue Oak Lane to Richard Box and Laura McBride, of Union Hall, Virginia, for $715,000. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,195 square feet.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. — Jacksonville sold 117 Golf View Court to Jaime Byrne, of Bunnell, for $192,510. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,714 square feet.

Matanzas Woods

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 24 Lincoln Lane to Sheryl Deboff, as trustee, for $264,900. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,508 square feet.

Leon Sandulescu, of Raleigh, North Carolina, sold 71 Leaver Drive to Emily Allen, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,800 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $196,000.

Oakview Acres

Michael, Jacob and Angelina Joynes sold 17 Magnolia St. to Kevin and Lauren Bonomo, of Flagler Beach, for $280,000. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,324 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $260,000.

Palm Harbor

Henry and Anna Lohle, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Cimmaron Drive to Andre Ramos and Emerita Cruze-Ramos, of Palm Coast, for $284,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, fireplace, swimming pool and 2,176 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $282,400.

Joseph and Olivia Ingaro, of Monroe Township, New Jersey, sold 14 Forest Hill Drive to Clifton and Joanne Cilley, of Pittsburg, New Hampshire, for $252,900. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,014 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $178,900.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 33 Freneau Lane to Cynthia Acosta and Robert Jones, of Palm Coast, for $247,900. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,208 square feet.

Thomas and Ingi Labbancz, of Palm Coast, sold 149 Park Place Circle to Jill Altholtz, of Palm Coast, for $220,000. Built in 2018, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,638 square feet. It sold in February for $221,500.

Pine Lakes

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 11 Wheeldon Place to Sima Feydman and Yurly Golubev, of Cherry Hill, New Jersey, for $249,900. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,208 square feet.

Jose Canales and Marlene Campos, of Freeport, New York, sold 213 Wellington Drive to Andrzej and Kazimiera Porada, of Palm Coast, for $249,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,369 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $298,400.

Animesh Shah, of Palm Coast, sold 85 White Hall Drive to Rajendra and Gaurangini Shah, of Palm Coast, for $248,000. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,265 square feet.

Loring and Linda Grimes, of Bath, Maine, sold 2 Wainmont Place to Henry and Telisa Marshall, of Palm Coast, for $224,900. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,882 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $249,900.

Aaron and Brandi Bonorato, of Pooler, Georgia, sold 45 Medford Drive to William and Sue Andrews, of Palm Coast, for $485,000. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,300 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $295,000.

Seminole Woods

Linda Clyde, of Akron, New York, sold 11 Selkirk Place to Joseph and Candida Araujo, of Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, for $215,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,078 square feet.

Woodlands

Kenneth and Janet Clymer, individually and as trustees, sold 12 Blasdell Court to Samuel Crouch and Katherine Petrelli, of Palm Coast, for $196,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,790 square feet. It sold in 1982 for $66,000.
