A house in Grand Haven was the top real estate transaction for the week of Jan. 16-22 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Mark and Kathleen Webster, of Palm Coast, sold 14 Eastlake Drive to Maureen Bayly, of Schaghticoke, New York, for $445,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,684 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $525,000. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Mark Oldfield, of Cumming, Georgia, sold 1200 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 1131, to Philip and Deana Brogan, as trustees, for $365,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2003 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $627,500.

Michael and Colette Foley, of Palm Coast, sold 65 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 832, to Samantha Boomer, individually and as trustee, for $360,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,859 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $322,000.

Skaiste Rudzianskaite and Ramunas Dodojenkoas, of Romeoville, Illinois, sold 3600 Ocean Shore Drive, Unit 322, to John and Paula Budzyna, of Flagler Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $95,000.

Belle Terre

George Chang, of Burlingame, California, sold 34 Praver Lane to Lovely and Ricardo Delice, of DeLand, for $180,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,862 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $126,600.

Eagle Lakes

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 57 Eagle Lake Drive to Joseph Bliss, of Flagler Beach, for $267,000. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,117 square feet.

Grand Haven

Eugene Cepeda, individually and as trustee, sold 73 River Trail Drive to Michael and Deanna Manimbo, of Palm Coast, for $338,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,143 square feet.

Indian Trails

Margaret Lemchuk, as representative, sold 20 Bressler Lane to Ryan Ivkovich, of New Smyrna Beach, for $223,900. Built in 2008, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,144 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $208,500.

Lehigh Woods

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 44 Rae Drive to Francisco and Marilda Guedelha, of Palm Coast, for $193,990. Built in 2020, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,806 square feet.

Matanzas Woods

Sheila Jaffe sold 142 London Drive to Clint and Bianca Noiseux, of Palm Coast, for $300,143. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, swimming pool and 2,891 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $200,000.

Wilda Hargett, of Ormond Beach, sold 201 Fig St. to Daniel and Candace Bowser, of Bunnell, for $212,000. Built in 1959, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,380 square feet.

Pine Grove

Dilmair Bernardes and Victor Melo, of Palm Coast, sold 86 Port Royal Drive to Scott King, of Palm Coast, for $282,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,302 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $325,000.

Pine Lakes

Julio and Cathleen Montilla, of Palm Coast, sold 23 Wendlin Lane to Robert Whalen and Pegge Shepard, of Palm Coast, for $232,000. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,600 square feet.

Plantation Bay

Stanley and Janet Swiere, of Ormond Beach, sold 45 Kingsley Circle to Daniel and Marie Engert, of Ormond Beach, for $332,000. Built in 1987, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,685 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $390,000.

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc. of Gulf Breeze, sold 11 Llacer Place to Mark Hill, of Palm Coast, for $269,000. Built in 2019, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,169 square feet.

Diane Ledbetter, of Carpinteria, California, and Jeffrey Errick, of Victoria, British Columbia, sold 8 Nantucket Lane to Wallerstein Access LLC, of Jacksonville, for $244,500. Built in 1987, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,436 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $127,800.
