A house in Ocean Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of May 24-30 in Flagler County. Hammock Sunrise LLC, of Ponte Vedra Beach, sold 51 Hammock Beach Circle S. to Christiaan and Alisha Cronje, of Palm Coast, for $1.1 million. Built in 2011, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, elevator and 4,309 square feet.

 

Condos

James and Jeanette Wilson, of Ponte Vedra, sold 400 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 422, to Richard and Arline Thompson, of Palm Coast, for $240,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $235,900.

 

David and Tammy Benham, of Palm Coast, sold 8 Pine Hurst Place, Unit 8, to Robert Manella, of Ormond Beach, for $147,000. Built in 1980, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,177 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $87,000.

 

Belle Terre

David Cortez and Hiromi Matsumoto-Cortez sold 39 Prince John Lane to Dennis and Juanita Hoistion, of Palm Coast, for $161,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,347 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $162,900.

 

Country Club Harbor

D.R. Horton Inc. – Jacksonville sold 5 Waterfront Cove to James and Virginia Niebauer, of Palm Coast, for $312,990. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,363 square feet.

 

D.R. Horton Inc. – Jacksonville sold 23 Waterfront Cove to Brandon and Jennifer Fiveash, of Palm Coast, for $280,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,913 square feet.

Robert Gazzoli, of Palm Coast, sold 4 Emerald Lane to Roger and Laura Biddle, of Flagler Beach, for $260,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,420 square feet.

 

Saul Gonzalez and Jennifer Biancaniello sold 40 Easterly Place to Yingzhi Hottenroth, of Palm Coast, for $245,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,191 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $275,000.

D.R. Horton Inc. – Jacksonville sold 111 Crepe Myrtle Court to Charles and Vicky Noeltner, of Palm Coast, for $256,990. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,042 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc. – Jacksonville sold 113 Golf View Court to Matthew Childs and Kristen Keever, of Bunnell, for $185,990. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,557 square feet.

Paul and Nina Dibartolo, of Madison, Connecticut, sold 12 Marbella Court to JoAnn Brodsky, individually and as trustee, for $440,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,093 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $425,000.

PEM Properties LLC, of Lexington, Virginia, sold 2239 Flagler Ave. S. to Christopher and Laura Biringer, of New Egypt, New Jersey, for $385,500. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,883 square feet.

PID Group LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 27 Oak View Circle E. to Irina Levykina, of Palm Coast, for $750,000. Built in 2005, the house has six bedrooms, four baths, two half-baths, a fireplace, elevator, swimming pool and 5,888 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $2.25 million.

 

Palm Harbor

Dennis and Barbara Ryan, of Palm Coast, sold 23 Coolidge Court to Frank Malley and Ellyn Morrow, of Palm Coast, for $488,500. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a boat dock, boat house, swimming pool and 2,346 square feet.

 

Marsha Carlone and Michael Oit, of Flagler Beach, sold 48 Filbert Lane to Bryan and Alesha Hunt, of Palm Coast, for $273,104. Built in 1985, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,156 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $215,000.

Robert Effner, of Palm Coast, sold 262 Yacht Harbor Drive to William and Donna Baker, of Palm Coast, for $650,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths, a fireplace and 3,134 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $530,000.
