The top real estate transaction in the Hammock from May 3 to July 4 was $1.1 million. Hammock Sunrise LLC, of Ponte Vedra Beach, sold 51 Hammock Beach Circle S. to Christiaan and Alisha Cronje, of Palm Coast. Built in 2011, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, elevator and 4,309 square feet.

 

Hammock Beach

Susan Sediak, individually and as trustee, and Edward Sediak, of Palm Coast, sold 21 Las Palmas Way to Mitchell and Mary Gover, of Palm Coast, for $775,000. Built in 2012, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,220 square feet.

 

Hammock Dunes

Lauraine Holden, individually and as trustee, sold 10 Roma Court to William and June Buck, as trustees, for $625,000. Built in 1992, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,002 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $520,000.

 

Paul and Nina Dibartolo, of Madison, Connecticut, sold 12 Marbella Court to JoAnn Brodsky, individually and as trustee, for $440,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,093 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $425,000.

 

Arthur and Susan Scott, of Palm Coast, sold 11 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1204, to Robert and Diane Bowman, individually and as trustees, for $387,500. Built in 1996, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,490 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $480,000.

 

Domingos and Rosa Peixoto, of Naples, sold 7 Corte del Mar to Janet Krolicki, individually and as trustee, for $379,900. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,148 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $257,000.

 

Patrick Mullaney, of West Sussex, United Kingdom, sold 4 Marbella Court to Wellington and Josephine Montolio, of Orlando, for $375,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,369 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $475,0000.

 

Wilmington Savings Fund Society, as trustee, sold 5 La Costa Place to Jeffery and Angela Bennett, of Palm Coast, for $339,900. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,166 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $519,000.

 

Ocean Hammock

PID Group LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 27 Oak View Circle E. to Irina Levykina, of Palm Coast, for $750,000. Built in 2005, the house has six bedrooms, four baths, two half-baths, a fireplace, elevator, swimming pool and 5,888 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $2.25 million.

 

Brian and Sally Mahoney, of Palm Coast, sold 29 Oak View Circle E. to Pamela Livingston, of Palm Coast, for $634,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, elevator and 2,840 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $566,000. 

 

Brian Stokes, of Portugal, sold 22 Cypresswood Drive S. to Ronald and Deborah Fenn, of Palm Coast, for $577,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,763 square feet.

 

Nancy George and Beny Martorana, of Palm Coast, sold 29 Atlantic Place to James and Annette Mangano, of Palm Coast, for $535,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,806 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $830,000.

 

Brian Powers, of Hauppauge, New York, sold 300 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 252, for $350,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $780,000.

 

Nicholas and Katherine Ferrante, individually and as trustees, sold 1100 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 1045, to Edward and Carol Albanesi, of St. Augustine, for $310,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $469,900.

 

Philip and Dorothy Allen, of Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, sold 1100 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 1053, to Edward and Nancy Weber, of Rochester, New York, for $250,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $235,000.

 

Yacht Harbor

Robert and Theresa Stoffel, of Palm Coast, sold 351 Harbor Village Point N. to John and Julie Clark, of Palm Coast, for $885,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool, elevator and 3,403 square feet.

 

Robert Effner, of Palm Coast, sold 262 Yacht Harbor Drive to William and Donna Baker, of Palm Coast, for $650,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths, a fireplace and 3,134 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $530,000.
