Ted Jurkuta, of Manakin-Sabot, Virginia, sold 7 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 801, to Christopher and Kimberly Hagle, of Longwood, for $1,075,000. Built in 2003, the condo is a 4/3.5 and has 2,840 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $1,035,000. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.
