Jeremy Jimenez, of Daytona Beach, sold the home at 72 Princess Ruth Lane to Guillian Herrera, of Palm Coast, for $185,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,108 square feet of living area. Originally sold in 2000 for $105,300.

 

Cypress Knoll

James Barbes, of Clinton, Connecticut, sold the home at 15 Eagle Crest Path to Carole and John Woodgate, of Palm Coast, for $187,500. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,976 square feet of living area.

Judith Niskach, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 58 Evans Drive to Nadia Grandus, of Lake Bluff, Illinois, for $183,500. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace, a spa, swimming pool and 1,984 square feet of living area.

Michael and Yamila Cordova, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1901 Daytona Ave. S. to Torrey and Cynthia King, of Bremen, Georgia, for $335,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 1,764 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2014 for $285,000.

 

Grand Haven

Eugenia Ordynsky, of Columbia, Maryland, sold the home at 21 Lagare St. to Lyudmila Zagumennykh and Regina Zagumennykh, of Palm Coast, for $223,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 1,934 square feet of living area.

Mario Cabrera, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 18 St. Andrews Court to Darren and Kristin Delgado, of Palm Coast, for $237,900. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,753 square feet of living area. Originally sold in 2005 for $307,000.

Charles and Melody Shenefield, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 Bickford Drive to Toni King, of Westminster, Colorado, for $243,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a swimming pool and 2,190 square feet of living area. Originally sold in 2003 for $117,400.

Vita Maingrette, of Deerfield, sold the home at 10 Burning Place to Jessica and Anthony Gonzalez, of Palm Coast, for $158,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,324 square feet of living area. Originally sold in 2006 for $215,900.

Colleen and Gary Hinebaugh, of Charlotte, North Carolina, sold the home at 251 Bird of Paradise Drive to 251 Bird of Paradise LLC, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,615 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2013 for $114,000.

Daniel Selesky, of Tallahassee, sold the home at 43 Rolling Sands Drive to Vicki Shaw, of Palm Coast, for $133,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,650 square feet of living area. Originally sold in 2005 for $204,900.

Billy and Glenda Powers sold the home at 23 Roxboro Drive to Devorah Lohse, of Palm Coast, for $230,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a swimming pool and 2,085 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2006 for $290,000.

Catherine and James Carannante, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 25 Rolland Lane to Claudio Prazeres, of Palm Coast, for $129,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,794 square feet of living area. Originally sold in 1999 for $104,500.

Bookbuilders New York sold the home at 9 Riverview Place to Jose and Sonia Rodriguez, of Palm Coast, for $129,900. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,463 square feet of living area.

Doraine Wayne and Cynthia Mallon, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 188 Frankford Lane to Charles and Melody Shenefield, of Palm Coast, for $155,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,616 square feet of living area. Originally sold in 1991 for $96,900.

George Aparicio, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 15 Westmill Lane to John Heflin, of Palm Coast, for $139,900. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,646 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2011 for $81,900.

Joseph and Margaret Maggio, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 72 Wellington Drive to Dionicio Napier and Heidi Quintana, of Palm Coast, for $219,600. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,785 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2005 for $275,000.

Gennady and Ivelina Vakhovsky with Sergey Vakhovsky, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 4 Ziegfeld Place to Dennis Barnett, of Palm Coast, for $130,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,352 square feet of living area. Originally sold in 2005 for $130,800.

PEP Financial LLC, of Fort Pierce, sold the home at 5 Sea Beacon to Amy Burt, Neil Rogers and Marlene Rogers, of Palm Coast, for $110,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, one bathroom and 1,008 square feet of living area. Originally sold in 1998 for $57,600.

Carla Jaurey, of Bunnell, sold the home at 139 Ullian Trail to Deborah and Rodger Marler, of West Palm Beach, for $220,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a swimming pool and 2,130 square feet of living area. Originally sold in 2004 for $250,000.

Seck Construction, of Holly Hill, sold the home at 22 Utica Path to Paul and Diane McGuinness, of Palm Coast, for $187,000. Built in 2015, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,758 square feet of living area.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, of Salt Lake City, Utah, sold the home at 9 Bill Court to Alexander Gourin, of Palm Coast, for $161,100. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,329 square feet of living area.
