A house in Ocean Hammock was the top residential sale for March 19-25 in Flagler County, according to the Multiple Listing Service. JMC Florida sold the home at 10 Cinnamon Beach Place to Tamara Kay Algard, of Brighton, Colorado, for $800,000. Built in 2007, the home has four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and two half-baths. It has 3,873 square feet of living area, a pool, an elevator and a spa. It previously sold in 2008 for $940,000. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

 

Cypress Knoll

Seagate Homes LLC sold the home at 18 Ethel Lane to Ketan G. and Bina K. Patel, of Palm Coast, for $308,000. Built in 2020, the home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,208 square feet.

 

Grand Haven

Bernard and Mary Cook, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 24 Oasis Circle to Frank Wilson Jr. and Roberta Mary Clifton , of Palm Coast, for $320,000. Built in 2005, the home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,172 square feet. 

 

Grand Landings

D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 79 Hummingbird Court to Daniel Ryan and Jessica LaVerne, of Palm Coast, for $250,990. Built in 2019, the home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,798 square feet.

 

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 130 Golf View Court to Charles and Nancy Lee Cangialosi, of Bunnell, for $220,000. Built in 2018, the home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,714 square feet.

 

Indian Trails

Malagisi Enterprise Inc. sold the home at 95 Bickford Drive to Robert W. and Elizabeth A. Both, of Palm Coast, for $280,000. Built in 2018, the home has 1,832 square feet.

Lieu Thi Le and Thang Minh Le, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 216 Beechwood Lane to Colton Kolbeck and Cassidy L. Walton, of Palm Coast, for $146,500. Built in 1984, the home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,000 square feet. It previously sold in 2004 for $115,500.

 

Matanzas Woods

Adams Home of Northwest Florida Inc. sold the home at 13 Lytton Lane to Rothea Chhay and Lina Maria Chhay, of Palm Coast, for $259,389. Built in 2019, the home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,117 square feet of living area.

 

Palm Harbor

John J. and Loretta F. Rispoli, individually and as trustees, sold the home at 117 Colechester Lane to John Arthur Cascone and Cora Ellyn Cascone, of Canton, Georgia, for $485,000. Built in 1997, the home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,613 square feet.

Richard Herman Jr., James Scott Herman, Donna Herman Ledogar, Kennedy Odell and Jade Odell, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 27 Firtree Lane to William Goodwin II and Emmylou Condon Westberry, of Palm Coast, for $210,000. Built in 1991, the home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,152 square feet.

 

Palm Island

Alfred D. Baldwin, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 356 Palm Circle to Susan Alexander , of Flagler Beach, for $335,000. Built in 1969, the home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,194 square feet. It previously sold in 2012 for $200,000.

 

Pine Lakes

Thomas L. Hurley, of Edgewater, sold the home at 65 Westminster Drive to Russell Jr. and Diane Lynn Roth, of Palm Coast, for $210,000. Built in 1986, the home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,744 square feet. It last sold in 2015 for $185,000.

AYM Holdings LLC sold the home at 18 Whitcock Lane to Andrew R. and Ashley N. Rowe, of Palm Coast, for $252,000. Built in 2019, the home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,870 square feet. 

 

Sea Colony

William and Chriso Yerolemou,  individually and as trustees, sold the home at 21 Nantucket Drive, to Randall K. and Anna M. Bushey, of Newberry, for $244,500. Built in 1987, the home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,301 square feet. It previously sold in 1987 for $112,300.
