A house in Morningside was the top real estate transaction for the week of Aug. 26 to Sept. 1 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Robert and Linda Bryant, of Flagler Beach, sold 2530 Lakeshore Drive to Scott and Donna Chamberlain, of Mooresville, North Carolina, for $1.6 million. Built in 2008, the house is a 6/4.5 and has a fireplace, elevator, boat dock and 4,194 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $860,000. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

George and Paula Fuciu, of Tucson, sold 20 Porto Mar, Unit 605, to Austin Miller and Sara Ditzel-Miller, of Palm Coast, for $899,000. Built in 2004, the condo is a 4/3.5 and has 2,950 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $1.14 million.
Eleanor McKay, of St. Augustine, sold 104 Surfview Drive, Unit 2605, to Kelley Lennon and Jill Dunn, of St. Petersburg, for $415,000. Built in 1992, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,158 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $230,000.
Ann Traulsen, of Palm Coast, sold 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, Unit A302, to Yasars LLC, of Flagler Beach, for $180,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,118 square feet.
