A house in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of Oct. 14-20 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Peter and Susan Dessing, of Kirkland, Washington, sold 4 Cordoba Court to Jacobo Rispa, of Palmetto Bay, for $839,000. Built in 1994, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,442 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $592,500. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

William and Judith Bernhard, of Adirondack, New York, sold 800 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 825, to Kenneth and Elizabeth Grafe, of Palm Coast, for $398,375. Built in 2004, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,712 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $320,000.

Robert and Penelope Dibenedetti, of Columbus, New Jersey, sold 42 Club House Drive to Mira Pahlic, of Palm Coast, for $179,000. Built in 1977, the condo is a 2/2 and has 986 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $142,500.

Artesia

Jocelyn and Lynn Dube, of Palm Coast, sold 10 Sanchez Ave. to Gary and Nancy Burns, of Blue Ridge, Georgia, for $501,250. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2/2 and has 2,774 square feet.

Belle Terre

Ann Thomas, of Palm Coast, sold 354 Parkview Drive to Dawn Dorey, of Palm Coast, for $299,900. Built in 1987, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,681 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $48,000.

Cypress Knoll

Ken Mazzie and Donna Heiss, of Palm Coast, sold 109 Edward Drive to James and Esther Kolasinski, of Palm Coast, for $610,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,586 square feet.

Johnnie and Judy Overton, as trustees, sold 122 Berkshire Lane to Heather Jimenez, of Palm Coast, for $289,500. Built in 1981, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,063 square feet.

Lehigh Woods

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 10 Ripplet Place to Justin Berkey, of Palm Coast, for $283,635. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,862 square feet.

George and Nancy O’Dell sold 20 Fellowship Drive to Damir and Anna Armstrong, of Palm Coast, for $375,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,198 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $229,600.

Ellis Group Holdings LLC, of Orlando, sold 1 Cooper Lane to David Livingston and Joyce Duncan, of Palm Coast, for $289,250. Built in 1972, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,470 square feet.

Sonia Hoponick, individually and as representative, sold 9 Zanzibar Court to Jaime and Karla Villarreal, of Santa Ana, California, for $260,000. Built in 1994, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,224 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $148,000.

Douglas and Marie Thompson, as trustees, sold 13 New Oak Leaf Drive to Bruce Freedman, of Palm Coast, for $625,000. Built in 2010, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace and 2,687 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $335,000.
