A house in Painters Walk was the top real estate transaction for the week of Dec. 30 to Jan. 5 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. GitSit Solutions LLC, of Orange, California, sold 3002 Painters Walk to Kristopher and Mildred Kelly, of Madison, Connecticut, for $825,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace and 2,530 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Susan Shea, of Norcross, Georgia, sold 20 Waterfront Cove to Allan and Glenna Geary, and Lucinda Holsclaw, of Palm Coast, for $635,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 3/3 and has 2,057 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $380,000.

Torrey and Cynthia King, of Flagler Beach, sold 1901 S. Daytona Ave. to Adam McNiece, of Flagler Beach, for $579,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,764 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $335,000.
