Top seller in the Hammock gets $2.1 million

The top real estate transaction for March 1 through May 2 in the Hammock was a house in Ocean Hammock. Beverly Webster, of Goode, Virginia, sold 7 Ocean Ridge Blvd. S. to Federico and Maria Michanie, as trustees, for $2.1 million. Built in 2014, the house has five bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a shared dune walk, elevator, fireplace, swimming pool and 6,753 square feet.     

 

Hammock Dunes

Robert and Elizabeth Munro, of Palm Coast, sold 6 Cordoba Court to Frederick and Barbara Heine, of Miromar Lakes, for $1,085,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 5,212 square feet.

 

Nancy Fox, of Palm Coast, sold 14 San Gabriel Lane to Kenneth and Janette Lawn, of York, United Kingdom for $650,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,598 square feet. It was sold in 2004 for $875,000.

 

John and Lura Damron, individually and as trustees, sold 6 Rue Renoir to Kent Bailey, of Ormond Beach, for $632,250. Built in 1993, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,963 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $625,000.

 

Gilda Sine and Howard Glenzer, of Daytona Beach, sold 20 Porto Mar, Unit 304, to Arthur and Susan Scott, of Palm Coast, for $535,000. Built in 2004, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,150 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $495,000.

 

Neil Dvores, of Palm Coast, sold 185 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 202, to John Lyle, of Belmar, New Jersey, for $495,000. Built in 2008, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,463 square feet.

 

Richard Ho and Lili Miles, of Palm Coast, sold 1 La Costa Place to Secured Property Solutions LLC for $360,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,735 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $290,000.

 

George and Loreen Kupfrian, of Palm Coast, sold 4 Laguna Court to Robert Lynch, of Palm Coast, for $340,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,541 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $324,500.

 

Island Estates

Maria Dumke and Ralph Dumke, of Palm Coast, sold 162 Island Estates Parkway to Elmar and Brenda Locker, of Palm Coast, for $1,350,000. Built in 2006, the house has five bedrooms, five baths, a pool, fireplace and 5,823 square feet.

 

Michael and Kristi Chiumento, of Palm Coast, sold 84 Island Estates Parkway to Robert and Joann Bailey, of Columbus, North Carolina, for $1,285,000. Built in 1998, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, pool and 4,453 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $1.9 million.

 

U.S. Bank National Association sold 33 Island Estates Parkway to Leonid Koulik, of Ormond Beach, for $575,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, pool and 3,933 square feet.

 

Ocean Hammock

Comad LLC, of Redington Shores, sold 800 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 754, to Phillip Ogilby and Jane Baysore, of Oregonia, Ohio, for $495,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $670,000.

 

Wells Fargo Bank sold 4 Spanish Oaks Court to Suzanne Noyes, of Rutherford, New Jersey, for $480,000. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,525 square feet.

 

Yacht Harbor Village

Donald and Michelle Currie, of Lake Mary, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 265, to William O’Neil, of Morehead City, North Carolina, for $230,000. Built in 2006, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,570 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $400,000.
