A house in Ocean Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of June 10-16 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Robert and Andrea Covell, of Palm Coast, sold 69 Hammock Beach Circle N. to Suzanne and Kevin Vitale, of Palm Coast, for $1.06 million. Built in 2003, the house is a 5/4/2 and has fireplace, swimming pool, fountain and 4,080 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Detra Hagerman, individually and as trustee, sold 130 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 1601, to Alfred and Amy Marchigiani, of Palm Coast, for $610,000. Built in 2006, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 2,014 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $365,000.

Nancy Gallagher, individually and as trustee, sold 60 Surfview Drive, Unit 101, to Jack and Carol Eckdahl, of Palm Coast, for $420,000. Built in 2004, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,786 square feet.

Silvia Baez, of Savannah, Georgia, sold 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, Unit B319, to Jose and Jacinta Martins, of Palm Coast, for $132,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,250 square feet.

Belle Terre

Frank Jonas, of Palm Coast, sold 4 Palm Leaf Lane to Donna Steger and Ryker Smith, of Palm Coast, for $319,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,398 square feet.

Cypress Knoll

Arie Carolina, of Frisco, Texas, sold 21 Eastman Lane to Winston and Sandra Brown, of Palm Coast, for $430,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 4/3 and has 3,031 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $331,200.

Grand Haven

Margaret Colwell, Kathleen Chianese, Nancy Quinn, Tracey Callagy and Jacquelyn Giarrizzo, of Bradenton, sold 42 Southlake Drive to Robert and Cheryl Hill, of Palm Coast, for $365,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,203 square feet.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 47 Lob Wedge Lane to Jacob Harris, of Bunnell, for $301,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,986 square feet.

DLP Homes LLC, of St. Augustine, sold 31 Becket Lane to Lourdes Guedes and Jorge Perez, of Sunny Isles Beach, for $277,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,983 square feet.

Lois Stomp sold 41 San Carlos Drive to Kathleen and John Crowe, of Palm Coast, for $290,000. Built in 1991, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,249 square feet.

LGI Homes Florida LLC, of The Woodlands, Texas, sold 13 Riviere Lane to Kiala Barila and Misty Gioshes, of Palm Coast, for $237,900. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,270 square feet.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 7 Royal Leaf Lane to Natasha Brewington and Lynnell Williams-Brewington, of Palm Coast, for $214,990. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,896 square feet.

John and Pamela Orne, of Palm Coast, sold 14 Blue Heron Lane to Yvette Banker, of Scottsdale, Arizona, for $825,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,500 square feet.
