A house in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for Sept. 26 to Oct. 2 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. William and Stephanie Huber, of Gilbert, Arizona, sold 178 Island Estates Parkway to Jerry and Sherry Rosburg, of Hubbard Lake, Minnesota, for $1,140,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 3,825 square feet. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

Condos

John Gowing and Scott Gowing, of Melbourne, sold 3580 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 909, to Audie Colon, of Flagler Beach, for $277,300. Built in 1982, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $105,000.

Patricio and Sarah Herrera sold 104 Surfview Drive, Unit 1606, to Deloris Lewis, as trustee, for $275,000. Built in 1992, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,158 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $147,200.

Cypress Knoll

Lauri and Timothy Johnson sold 66 Eagle Harbor Trail to Alexander Guralnik and Alla Ruduitsky, of Concord, California, for $324,500. Built in 1999, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,265 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $310,000.

Florence Maellaro and Emmalyn Wolfe, of Bunnell, sold 206 Anderson St. N. to Michael Cowdell, of Flagler Beach, for $48,000. Built in 1954, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,158 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $35,000.

Daytona North

Michael Clark and Gloria Snack, of Palm Coast, sold 2162 Fir St. to Robert Stout, of Palm Coast, for $128,000. Built in 1989, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a fireplace and 832 square feet.

Gold Coast

Samantha Lachapelle, of Alpharetta, Georgia, sold 1541 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Donald Pittman, of Merritt Island, for $589,000. Built in 1987, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,617 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $229,900.

Grand Haven

Marco and Stella Macaluso, of Charlotte, North Carolina, sold 15 Waterview Drive S. to Melodie and David Reyes, of Palm Coast, for $664,500. Built in 2005, the house has five bedrooms, six baths, a swimming pool and 3,883 square feet.

Hammock Dunes

T. William Grimsdale and Alma Sinclair sold 18 Via Capri to Don Alfonso, of Palm Coast, for $310,000. Built in 1991, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,090 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $250,000.

Indian Trails

Steven Takoushian and Irene Gallo, of Palm Coast, sold 2 Burnaby Lane to William Laman and Karen Newby, of Palm Coast, for $320,000. Built in 1997, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,783 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $265,000.

Marina and Ilya Elierin, of Jacksonville, sold 11 Burning Bush Place to Kirk and Kirsten Brownson, of Valparaiso, Indiana, for $315,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,121 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $245,000.

Matanzas Woods

Thu Tran and Phong Doan, of Jacksonville Beach, sold 25 Lyndenhurst Lane to Latasha Gilyard, of Palm Coast, for $220,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,332 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $213,000.

Christopher and Hanna Crowley, of Smithfield, North Carolina, sold 61 Lancelot Drive to Ethan and Victoria Reedy, of Palm Coast, for $324,500. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,549 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $170,900.

Ocean Hammock

Sean Zarzana, of Alpharetta, Georgia, sold 34 Cinnamon Beach Way to Robert and Kellie Allen, of Orlando, for $835,000. Built in 2015, the house has seven bedrooms, 7.5 baths, an elevator, swimming pool and 4,809 square feet.

Palm Harbor

Patricia Tobin, of Palm Coast, sold 3 Floyd Court to Joseph Landise, of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, for $348,500. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,833 square feet.

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 14 Farnell Lane to Eugeniya Simpson, of Palm Coast, for $254,150. Built in 2019, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,169 square feet.

David Charette and Erin O’Brien sold 38 Ferndale Lane to Martin and Anna Raciborski, of Livingston, New Jersey, for $140,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,249 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $172,000.

Yakov and Valentina Slavutsky, individually and as trustee, sold 6 Palmyra Lane to Patrick and Diana Allison, and Raymond and Dorothy Allsion, of Palm Coast, for $250,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,437 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $158,000.

Pine Lakes

SB Investment Properties LLC, of Debary, sold 26 Wellford Lane to Antonio and Isaura Oliveira, of Palm Coast, for $265,000. Built in 2019, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,989 square feet.

Joan Whittemore, of Palm Coast, sold 20 Wheeling Lane to Roberta Kirkham, of Palm Coast, for $213,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,846 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $163,700.

Siducy and Anne Rogers, as trustees, sold 20 Montauk Lane to Cassandra Dixon, of Palm Coast, for $197,500. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,556 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $215,000.

Sharon Nowell, of Bunnell, sold 28 Kashmir Trail to Nina and Albert Ianiro, of Wildwood, New Jersey, for $275,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, boat dock and 1,927 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $315,000.

Woodlands

S&B Properrties Group LLC sold 29 Blairton Court to Thomas and Mary Malinconico, of Palm Coast, for $197,000. Built in 1985, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,787 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $165,000.
