A house in ocean hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of Oct. 28 to Nov. 3 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Charles and Christine Hardigree, of Fernandina Beach, sold 11 Ocean Ridge Blvd. S. to Robert Murray, as trustee, for $2.5 million. Built in 2002, the house is a 7/6.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, elevator, shared dune-walk and 5,421 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

 

Condos

Marie Salvador, of Palm Coast, sold 120 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 1502, to Yuriy and Zoya Geller, of Palm Coast, for $650,000. Built in 2006, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 2,463 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $490,000.

 

Carolyn McLaughlin, individually and as trustee, sold 48 Rivers Edge Lane, Unit 48, to John and Gloria Bearden, of Marietta, Georgia, for $280,000. Built in 1989, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,565 square feet. It sold in March for $250,000.

 

Andrew Sciumbata, of Fairfax, Virginia, sold 60 Club House Drive, Unit 201, to Jack and Cindy King, of Palm Coast, for $191,000. Built in 1977, the condo is a 2/2 and has 986 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $118,000.

 

Beach Haven

Lynn and David Perkins, of Palm Coast, sold 19 Beach Haven Parkway to Scott and Mona Pendleton, of Palm Coast, for $700,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,356 square feet.

 

Bunnell Development Co.

Robert and Doris Durham, individually and as trustees, sold 606 Boundry St. to Joyce Crews, of Bunnell, for $255,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,382 square feet.

 

Fuquay

Gregory and Kelli McKinley, of Flagler Beach, sold 1852 Flagler Ave. S. to Brian and Heidi Burke, of Flagler Beach, for $329,000. Built in 1974, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,038 square feet.

 

George Moody

The Beach House Seaside at Flagler Beach LLC, of Flagler Beach, sold 409 S. Daytona Ave. to Timothy and Deborah Bennett, of Flagler Beach, for $462,500. Built in 1949, the house is a 2/1 and has 924 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $140,000.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 60 Lob Wedge Lane to William and Shirley Rankin, of Bunnell, for $319,135. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,799 square feet.

 

Hammock Dunes

Maria and Ralph Dumke, of Ponte Vedra, sold 21 Montilla Place to Robert and Sherrie Greenberg, of Palm Coast, for $1.54 million. Built in 2017, the house is a 4/4 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,468 square feet.

 

Indian Trails

Bruce Garrison and Steven Thomas, individually and as trustees, sold 2 Beverly Place to John Basile and Marta Fontana, of Palm Coast, for $380,000. Built in 1983, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,872 square feet. It sold in April for $138,800.

 

Lehigh Woods

Annette Astaiza, of West Hampstead, New York, sold 29 Red Birch Lane to Donald Raines and Tamara Taulbee, of Palm Coast, for $282,900. Built in 2004, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,761 square feet.

 

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 21 Rydell Lane to Jordan Villarreal and Bianca Debruyne, of Palm Coast, for $239,990. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,552 square feet.

Howell and Alice Anders, of Palm Coast, sold 3 Fleming Court to Matthew Fisher and Roxana Rodriguez, of Palm Coast, for $545,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 1,730 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $335,000.
