Top seller has more than 4,000 square feet

A house in Hammock Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of June 13-19 in Flagler County. Jerry and Dyan Lowry, of Alpharetta, Georgia, sold 39 Sandpiper Lane to Dennis and Veronica Yablonsky, of Palm Coast, for $870,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,085 square feet. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

Condos

John and Nancy Carswell, of Gainesville, sold 80 Surfview Drive, Unit 401, to Gregg and Debra Bernier, as trustees, for $354,000. Built in 2003, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,425 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $281,200.

Thomas and Heidi Anderson, of Jacksonville, sold 3900 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 16, to John and Kathleen Patterson, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 1979, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $289,000.

Deborah Pilkington, of Laconia, New Hampshire, sold 200 Riverview Bend S., Unit 611, to Wanda and Robert Montano, of Selden, New York, for $175,000. Built in 2007, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,159 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $110,000.

Fairchild Oaks

Jose and Gloria Barreiro, of Flagler Beach, sold 3 Hickory Lane to Walter and Emily Martin, of Flagler Beach, for $385,000. Built in 2007, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,710 square feet.

Grand Haven

Helane Burns, of Palm Coast, sold 10 Grandview Drive to Scott Burren, as trustee, for $320,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,087 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $315,000.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 126 Lakeside Court to Grady and Karen Grosham, of Bunnell, for $214,990. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,714 square feet.

Hunter’s Ridge

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 29 Huntington Place to Dale and Lydia Biersteker, of Ormond Beach, for $312,102. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,003 square feet.

Indian Trails

Daniel Williams, of Palm Coast, sold 31 Boston Lane to Mark and Cynthia Wilt, of Palm Coast, for $255,700. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,533 square feet.

Steven Thomas and Bruce Garrison, individually and as trustees, sold 26 Buttonbush Lane to Jack and Sharon Medlar, of Palm Coast, for $163,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, one bath, a fireplace and 1,072 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $128,000.

Lehigh Woods

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 28 Russell Drive to Roberta and Annette Turner, of Palm Coast, for $255,700. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,208 square feet.

Rick Andre, of New Bedford, Massachusetts, sold 10 Richfield Lane to Shannon Dora, of Palm Coast, for $185,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,064 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $192,000.

Morningside

Edward and Jill Davis, individually and as trustee, sold 2534 Lakeshore Drive to Michael and Helen Flynn, of Flagler Beach, for $755,000. Built in 1992, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 4,259 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $500,000.

Not in Subdivision

Mark and Sonja Zander, of Palm Coast, sold 4212 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Bruce and Iris Graim, of Palm Coast, for $625,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, boat dock and 2,153 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $660,000.

Ocean Hammock

Julie DesRosiers, of Canada, sold 69 Ocean Oaks Lane to William and Amy Gass, of Solomons, Maryland, for $640,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,771 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $565,000.

Palm Harbor

Michael Kolendo, of Palm Coast, sold 2 Fairchild Lane to Jeffrey Godfrey, of Palm Coast, for $275,000. Built in 1987, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,787 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $93,000.

Pine Lakes

Linda Hall, individually and as trustee, sold 5 Yorktowne Court to Amy Seymour, of Palm Coast, for $277,500. Built in 1996, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,317 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $174,800.

Gary Leader and Lauren Merkle, of Palm Coast, sold 1 Washwell Place to Richard and Irene Kulik, of Augusta, Georgia, and Francine Rodino, of Palm Coast, for $192,900. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,028 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $88,500.

Don and Becky Sharp, of Greenville, Ohio, sold 2 Westrose Place to Diana Oakley, of Palm Coast, for $192,500. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,091 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $165,000.

WJH FL LLC, of Greensboro, North Carolina, sold 2 Sergeant Court to Barbara Hicks, of Palm Coast, for $169,990. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,709 square feet.

Robert Palma, of Honolulu, sold 2301 Stonebridge Way to David and Michelle Dries, of Aspers, Pennsylvania, for $264,000. Built in 2007, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,979 square feet.
