Sea Gem LLC, of Uniontown, Ohio, sold 536 Cinnamon Beach Lane to James and Judith Robb, of Alexandria, Virginia, for $1,512,500. Built in 2012, the house has eight bedrooms, eight and a half baths, a swimming pool, elevator, shared dune walk and 4,658 square feet.

Manuel and Carla Domingues, of Palm Coast, sold 4 Profile Place to Jose and Dina Gomes, of Newark, New Jersey, for $184,000. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 1,552 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $153,000.

Ricky and Gail Poitras, of Palm Coast, sold 5 Parson Place to Beverly Craigle, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,724 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $74,000.
