Rosetta Clevenstine, of Palm Coast, sold 12 Old Oak Drive N. to Eric and Michele Bononi, of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, for $750,000. Built in 2007, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, boat dock, swimming pool and 4,038 square feet.

Palm Coast

David and Erica Silloway, of Rochester, New York, sold 500 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 461, to Terence and Gloria Cartwright of Bradenton, for $517,500. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $926,700.

Robert and Susan Burns, and Jeffrey Meyer, of Jacksonville, sold 80 Surfview Drive, Unit 610, to Miguel and Dayana Dejuk, of East Palatka, for $343,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,640 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $328,300.

Stephen and Loy Scott, of Suwanee, Georgia, sold 1100 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 1121, to Eugene and Christina Harden, trustees, for $217,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $242,000.

Reda Daher, of Webster City, Iowa, sold 30 Fallen Oak Lane to Brent and Mary Jo Woronoff, of Palm Coast, for $217,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,905 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $121,100.

Stewart and Linda Staton, of Palm Coast, sold 18 Putter Drive to Sidney and Karen Weathers, of Rosedale, New York, for $198,875. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,966 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $335,000.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp., of Carrollton, Texas, sold 8 Kainite Place to Anthony and Jessica Sanchez, of Palm Coast, for $194,900. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,960 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $274,900.

2137 Tidelands LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 115 Riverview Bend S., Unit 2137, to Calabash I LLC, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 2007, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,115 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $300,000.

Rentals of Palm Coast LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, Unit C-425, to John Chapman, as trustee, for $109,900. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,250 square feet.
