Top seller features a dune walk to the beach

A house in Sea Colony was the top real estate transaction for the week of Sept. 9-15 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Stephen Bickel, of Palm Coast, sold 36 Sea Vista Drive to Sea Vista LLC, of St. Augustine, for $1,275,000. Built in 1987, the house is a 3/3.5 and has a dune walk and 2,731 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $650,000. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Richard and Nancy Chisholm, of Palm Coast, sold 19 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 102, to William and Lorraine Dungan, of Mooresville, North Carolina, for $1,075,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 2,281 square feet.

John and Gloria Bearden, of Marietta, Georgia, sold 80 Surfview Drive, Unit 219, to Mike and Roberta Bonavia, of St. Petersburg, for $550,000. Built in 2004, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 1,640 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $349,000.

G&C Solutions LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 4600 E. Moody Blvd., Unit 2D, for $140,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 2/2 and has 951 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $114,000.

Andalusia Bay

Priscilla Rachel, of Palm Coast, sold 14951 S.W. Andalusia Trail to Marianna Gorshelev, of Bunnell, for $699,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 6/4.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 6,286 square feet.

Grand Haven

Jane Keady, Joseph Meagher Jr., Ann Burke and others sold 44 Creekside Drive to Kenneth Mullinix and Loreen Ziska, of Palm Coast, for $575,500. Built in 2018, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,996 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $334,700.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 69 Lob Wedge Lane to Patrick Hazard and Claudia Mader, of Bunnell, for $308,300. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,701 square feet.

Lehigh Woods

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 36 Ramblewood Drive to Jessica Bertirotti, of Palm Coast, for $274,635. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,862 square feet.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 19 Rykill Way to Pamela and Stephen Casteliano, of Palm Coast, for $250,990. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,806 square feet.

RH Asset Holdings LLC, of Orlando, sold 103 Roxboro Drive to Juan Cortez, of Palm Coast, for $215,400. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,243 square feet.

Charles and Joanne Miller, of Foley, Alabama, sold 52 Leidel Drive to Gerald and Diana Labriola, of Palm Coast, for $325,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,192 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $233,000.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 13 Curry Court to Lynn and Cheryl Bateman, of Daytona Beach, for $669,900. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/3 and has 2,849 square feet.

Adrienne Dolinky, individually and as trustee, sold 45 Pheasant Drive to Brian Moll and Deborah Mueller, of Palm Coast, for $269,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 3/2 and has a boat dock and 1,710 square feet.

James and Monique Futch, of Palm Coast, sold 1 Wynnfield Drive to Iryna Volynets-Toyo, of Garden Springs, Colorado, for $354,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,258 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $260,000.

Volusia Residential Construction LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 354 Stirling Bridge Drive to Eric and Anita Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $547,768. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,537 square feet.

Edgar Garcia and Maria Guitian, of Ormond Beach, sold 22 Meadow Brooke Lane to Michael Durand, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,962 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $283,000.

Seminole Woods

Sharaz and Bibi Khan sold 10 Sedgefield Path S. to Nancy Doyle and Christopher Ristuccia, of Palm Coast, for $255,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,292 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $119,000.
