Top seller features a dune walk

A house with an ocean view was the top real estate transaction in Flagler County for Sept. 12-18 in the Multiple Listing Service. Richard and Virginia Lettorale, of Wharton, New Jersey, sold 1316 N. Ocean Shore Blvd. to William Adams, of Ringgold, Georgia, for $1 million. Built in 2009, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, elevator, dune walk and 3,440 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $190,000. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

Condos

1443704 Ontario Inc., of Ontario, Canada, sold 11 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1406, to Claudia and Stanley Pelfery, of Oklahoma City, for $340,000. Built in 1992, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,490 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $320,000.

Kusiak Properties LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 16 Landings Lane, Unit 16, to Wiliam and Shannon Nolan, of Ormond Beach, for $195,500. Built in 1988, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,291 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $140,800.

Rosa Vasquez-Nejes, of Palm Coast, sold 310 Ocean Marina Drive, Unit 106, to Susan Morris, of Palm Coast, for $168,000. Built in 1987, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 804 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $59,900.

Cypress Knoll

Joseph Onove, of St. Augustine, sold 30 Egret Trail to George Zucconi and Nancy Kloss-Zucconi, of Palm Coast, for $358,000. Built in 2012, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,330 square feet.

Eagle Lakes

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 8 Turtle Ridge Drive to James and Judy Charlton, of Flagler Beach, for $273,000. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,169 square feet.

Grand Landings

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. John, sold 147 Hummingbird Place to Kalman and Irene Suranyi, of Palm Coast, for $255,200. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,913 square feet.

Morningside

Harold Bolton and Victoria Roach, individually and as trustees, sold 605 Cumberland Drive to Richard and Cheryl Pearson, of Flagler Beach, for $425,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 2,272 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $387,500.

Palm Harbor

Charles Calcutti, of Palm Coast, sold 1 Cool Water Court to Hang Nguyen, of Palm Coast, for $377,500. Built in 1984, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,506 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $329,900.

Brad Labate, of Blue Ridge, Georgia, sold 11 Chippeway Court to Scott Pope and Vickie Lewis, of Atlanta, for $365,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock, boat house and 1,971 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $389,000.

Thomas, Stephen and Dieter Flanagan, of Palm Coast, sold 18 Criston Court to John and Kristi Dentler, of Tampa, for $240,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,739 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $150,000.

Pebble Beach Village

Carol Kline, of Daytona Beach, sold 2836 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Carl and Anne Gehman, of Flagler Beach, for $550,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,410 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $312,500.

Pine Lakes

Dominick Yodice, of Varina, North Carolina, sold 39 Woodlawn Drive to Gary and Karen Carey, of St. Augustine, for $265,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,911 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $295,000.

Thomas and Patricia Schmidt, of Palm Coast, sold 11 Willow Place to Ashley Serrano, of Palm Coast, for $173,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,731 square feet.

Seminole Woods

WJH LLC, of Greensboro, North Carolina, sold 34 Slocum Path to Angela DeCarlo, of Palm Coast, for $179,990. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,709 square feet.
