Keith Martello, individually and as trustee, sold 500 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 535, to Edward and Sylvia Heinold, of Lecanto, for $300,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $297,200.

Philip and Dorothy Allen, of Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, sold 1100 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 1053, to Edward and Nancy Weber, of Rochester, New York, for $250,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $235,000.

Terrance and Bonnie Campbell, of Orchard Park, New York, sold 1101 Ocean Marina Drive to Penny Thorne, of Flagler Beach, for $176,000. Built in 1988, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 804 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $131,500.
