Top sales: Two Hammock homes tie

In a tie, a lakeside home in Ocean Hammock and an Armand Beach home top the list of all real estate transactions for the week Oct. 31 to Nov. 4. Michael and Kristin Blackmon, of Palm Beach Gardens, sold the home at 8 La Costa Way to Patricia Rutrough, of Pawleys Island, S.C., for $600,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,690 square feet of living area. It sold in 2000 for $398,000.

Paul Janaszek, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 21 Ocean Dune Circle in Armand Beach to Michael and Margaret Mahoney, of Haverhill, Mass., for $600,000. Built by the seller in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a solar heated pool and 2,851 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER COUNTY
Oceanside at Beverly Beach
John and Gail Mynatt, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 208 in building “B” to Dennis and Beth Thornburg, of Wolcottville, Ind., for $325,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,919 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $670,800.

Orchard Terrace Estates LLC, sold Unit 118-D to Michael Polchinski, of Beverly Beach, for $230,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,749 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $220,000.

Plantation Bay
Don and Marie Bishop, of South Bend, Ind., sold the home at 33 Bay Pointe Drive to Richard and D. J. Jensen, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,936 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $450,000.

Surf Club
JP Morgan Chase Bank sold Unit 819 in Surf Club III to Shannan Kolbe, of Palm Coast, for $253,122. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,640 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $435,100.

Armand Beach
Robert Thomason, of St. Johns, sold the home at 2 Ocean Dune Circle to John and Elizabeth Pope, of Palm Coast, for $595,000. Built by the seller in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,170 square feet of living area.

Hammock Beach Villas
Norman and Valerie Walker, of Flagler Beach, sold Unit 1444 to David and Debra Lagassa, of Plano, Texas, for $164,800. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,264 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $459,000.

Yacht Harbor Village
Michael and Kathryn Eastman, of Fairfax Station, Va., sold Unit 467 to George Lester II, of Martinsville, Va., for $145,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,351 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $640,000.

Canopy Walk
Freddie Mac sold Unit 1214 to Susan Chippendale, of Palm Coast, for $106,500. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $315,000.

Cypress Knoll
Alex Levin and Ella Paley, of Bethesda, Md., sold the home at 8 East Bourne Lane to Prudencio and Jeannette Hernandez, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,047 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $229,600.

Kings Colony
Carolyn Timus, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 28 Kings Colony Court to Hertha Schulze, of Palm Coast, for $61,000. Built in 1986, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,023 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $80,000.

Timothy Poyner, Mark Poyner and Susan Blackwell, of North Fort Myers, sold the home at 76 Raintree Circle to Fernanda Valenzuela, of Palm Coast, for $124,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,966 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $269,600.

Fred Fox Enterprises Inc., of St. Augustine, sold the home at 42 Riddle Drive to Domingo Diaz Martinez and Rosa Perez-Gonzalez, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,552 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $138,600.

Mary Langston, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 54 Longfellow Drive to Craig and Jennifer Cavaliere, of Palm Coast, for $180,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,097 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $209,900.

Real Estate Solutions Home Sellers LLC sold the home at 65 Leidel Drive to Steven Goggans and Lajuana Goggans, of Killeen Texas, for $144,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,237 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $295,000.

Palm Harbor
Evelyn Petralia, of Richmond, Va., sold the home at 14 Farmbrook Lane to Ashley Glass, of Palm Coast, for $65,000. Built in 1974 by the seller, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,826 square feet of living area.

James Kerr, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 22 Fayy Lane to Eugene and Janice Myszkowski, of Stuyvesant, N.Y., for $100,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,662 square feet of living area. It sold in 1994 for $97,300.

Donald and Francine Ceschi, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 14 Comanche Court to Raymond and Tracey Martel, of Palm Coast, for $220,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a dock, a boathouse and 1,762 square feet of living area. It sold in 2000 for $186,000.

Pine Lakes
Freddie Mac sold the home at 109 Westrobin Lane to Jose and Nereida Ramos, of Palm Coast, for $112,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,774 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $139,000.

Alexander and Edith DeBello, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 3 Largo Vista Place to Wayne and Barbara Zeigler, of St. Augustine, for $99,000. Built in 1985 by the seller, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,280 square feet of living area.

Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 47 Westmount Lane to KACS Acquisitions, of Palm Coast, for $42,500. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $75,500.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Company sold the home at 39 Westmount Lane to TJKR LLC, of Palm Coast, for $67,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,247 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $152,500.

Seminole Woods
Craig and Jennifer Cavaliere, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 24 Seven Champions Path N. to Darrell and Katie Joyner, of Palm Coast, for $97,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,509 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $126,400.

Woodhaven
Janet Hardy, of Highland Mills, N.Y., sold the home at 24 Hembury Lane to Guido Verdone, Carmelo Verdone and Filomena Verdone, of Palm Coast, for $67,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,098 square feet of living area.
