A house in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for Oct. 3-9 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Troy and Pakchira Shearouse, of Lowell, Michigan, sold 24 Marbella Court to Kenneth and Tamma Nadler, of Palm Coast, for $467,500. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,648 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $427,500. Carlos and Karla Martinez, and William and Maryann Graham, of St. Johns, sold 55 Riverview Bend S., Unit 2047, to Laurie Kopec, of Norwalk, Connecticut, for $240,000. Built in 2007, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,115 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $195,000.

Laurie Kopec, of Norwalk, Connecticut, sold 55 Riverview Bend S., Unit 2031, to Stephen Mazepink, of Palm Coast, for $202,000. Built in 2006, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,115 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $175,000.

Belle Terre

Anthony Santos, of Palm Coast, sold 62 Prince Michael Lane to Angel Rodriguez and Janice Millan, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,836 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $162,500.

Cypress Knoll

James and Rose Howell, of Palm Coast, sold 32 Elias Lane to Joseph and Patricia Muscolino, of Palm Coast, for $252,250. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,819 square feet.

Fuquay

Cullen Bros. Properties LLC, of Dover, Delaware, sold 2119 Central Ave. S. to Todd and Stacy Lewer, of Evans, Georgia, for $335,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,280 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $70,000.

Kevin and Laura Bury, of Palm Coast, sold 67 Belvedere Lane to Marcia Walcott and Floyd Whittle, of Hollandale Beach, for $234,900. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,259 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $215,000.

Michael and Regina Cross, of Maryland, sold 9 Buffalo Berry Place to Eric Fritz, of St. Augustine, for $205,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,238 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $245,700.

Sidney and Marilyn Wray sold 34 Rylin Lane to Michael Cox, of Palm Coast, for $300,000. Built in 1992, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,271 square feet.

Igor Reznichenko and Nadezhda Cheban sold 5 Rainbush Place to Jason and Heather Rassbach, of Bunnell, for $259,000. Built in 2019, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,208 square feet. It sold in May for $238,200.

Timothy and Susan Harper, of Elizabeth, Maine, sold 39 Moody Drive to Mark and Cindy Fowler, of Hackett, Arkansas, for $395,000. Built in 1984, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,508 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $390,000.

Sun Country Custom Homes and Development LLC, of Flagler Beach, sold 84 Lancelot Drive to James and Wanda Zanetti, of Palm Coast, for $448,900. Built in 2019, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,583 square feet.

David Crump and Judie Elliott, of Flagler Beach, sold 2324 Daytona Ave. to Mindy and Michael Davis, of Flagler Beach, for $252,750. Built in 1973, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 768 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $140,000.

Loretta Calco, of Staten Island, sold 14 London Drive to Trysten and Shawna Kitchens, of Palm Coast, for $237,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,447 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $171,500.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 249 Underwood Trail to Storm and David Bauder, of Palm Coast, for $207,500. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,348 square feet.
