Top sale: Grand Haven home sells for $370,000

A golf course home in Grand Haven topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of Jan. 23 to Jan. 27. Christopher Beck, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 13 S. Waterview Drive to Michael and Elvira Dibitetto, of Palm Coast, for $370,000. Built by the seller in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,028 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
Ocean Palm
Robert Biagiotti, of Coram, N.Y., sold Unit 25 of Ocean Palm Villa II to Barton and Tina Smith, of Lake Panasoffkee, for $60,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,184 square feet of living area. It sold in 1979 for $42,000.

Osprey Point
John and Kathleen Tindal, of Fulton, Ky., sold the home at 2627 Osprey Circle N. to Gregory and Tami Dunn, of Flagler Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,376 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $290,000.

The Village
Edward Bezanson, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 26 Oak Lane to Ronald Spencer and Princess Spencer, of Flagler Beach, for $44,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,276 square feet of living area. It sold in 1996 for $62,000.

Stonebridge
CTX Mortgage sold the home at 2310 Stonebridge Way to William Brack and Marianne Winter, of Flagler Beach, for $135,000. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,358 square feet of living area.

Armand Beach
Norman and Dorothy Humphreys, of Rockville, Md., sold the home at 53 Solee Road to James and Margaret Schroeder, of Jacksonville, for $200,000. Built by the seller in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,819 square feet of living area.

Cinnamon Beach
Freddie Mac sold Unit 221 of Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock Condominium to Saud Salameh and Basima Salameh, of Jacksonville, for $190,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $599,000.

Hammock Beach
Vito and Deborah Calianno, of McKinney, Texas, sold the One Bedrooms at Hammcok Beach Club Condo Unit 406-S to Jerry Sauers, of Auburn, Calif., for $110,000. Built in 2003, it has one bedroom, one bath and 678 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $529,000.

Belle Terre
Bank of New York Mellon sold the home at 12 Puritan Lane to Olesya Azarov, of Palm Coast, for $87,577. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,890 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $150,300.

U.S. Bank sold the home at 79 Presidential Lane to Isacc Rodrigues and John Soares, of Palm Coast, for $69,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,698 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $229,900.

Grand Haven
Jo Baker, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 98 Southlake Drive to Mieczyslaw and Maria Pisarczyk, of Hollis, N.Y., for $307,000. Built by the seller in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a summer kitchen, a pool and 2,390 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 57 Bayside Drive to Darin Wood, of Palm Coast, for $113,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,238 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $212,000.

Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 218 Bellaire Drive to Steven and Sharon Nash, of Palm Coast, for $75,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,778 square feet of living area. It sold in 1988 for $99,900.

Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 107 Beechwood Drive to JKR Investment Group Inc., of Palm Coast, for $47,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,210 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $170,000.

Lehigh Woods
Fannie Mae sold the home at 33 Richmond Drive to Vincent Caggiano, of Palm Coast, for $88,500. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,475 square feet of living area.

Freddie Mac sold the home at 5 Ryee Place to Robert Binder, of Palm Coast, for $90,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,589 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $134,800.

Matanzas Woods
John and Sandra Smith, of Almont, Mich., sold the home at 1 Longview Lane to Monica Spence and Zena Spence, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built by the sellers in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,986 square feet of living area.

Palm Harbor
Freddie Mac sold the home at 33 Cochise Court to Ronald and Sandra Anderson, of Palm Coast, for $101,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 1,400 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $174,500.

U.S. Bank sold the home at 59 Florida Park Drive to Robert and Donna Martin, of High Point, N.C., for $45,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,567 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $190,000.

Roman Tantay Jr., Rowyna Bohlen, Marly Simsuango, Ronald Tantay and Dane Tantay, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 Crandon Court to Henry and Iris Heisey, of Orange Park, for $275,000. Tatyana Boykova, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 40 Smith Trail to Robert Bessette, of Palm Coast, for $83,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,564 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $144,600.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 3 Smokewick Court to Steven and Deborah Erickson, of Palm Coast, for $84.000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,660 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $168,000.

Shangri La
Greenpoint Mortgage Funding sold Unit 204 of Building 1 of Shangri La Condominium to Gregory Peters, of Jacksonville, for $25,500. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 888 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $140,000.

Tidelands
Freddie Mac sold the home at 71 Longview Way N. to Randy and Tina Pappas, of Palm Coast, for $293,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and a dock.

Woodlands
Zena Spence and Joan Spence, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 41 Blakemore Drive to Nancy Rogers and Marissa Roberts, of Palm Coast, for $65,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,176 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $130,000.
