Sharon and Thomas Harlan, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 418 at 200 Ocean Crest Drive to Asta Bertasiene, of Jacksonville, for $375,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,676 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $453,400 in 2003.

U.S. Bank National Association sold the home at 18 Putter Drive to Stewart and Linda Staton, of Palm Coast, for $124,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,959 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $335,000 in 2006.

Indian Trails
Barbara Phillips and Linda Mauldin, both of St. Augustine, sold the home at 127 Berkshire Lane to Donald Reed, of Palm Coast, for $73,500. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,574 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $84,900 in 2003.
BankUnited sold the home at 36 Bolling Lane to Shawn Cheek, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, two baths and 2,598 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $276,900 in 2006.

LSF6 Mercury REO Investments sold the home at 28 Richland Lane to Mid Florida Housing Partnership Inc. for $103,950. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,837 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $185,500 in 2005.
50 BY 50 REO LLC sold the home at 37 Red Clover Lane to Christine Brown, of Montgomery, N.Y., for $80,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,260 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $202,000 in 2006.
Amaral Custom Homes Inc. sold the home at 4 Roxanne Lane to Manuel Fernandez, of Elizabeth, N.J., for $114,900. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,693 square feet of living area.

Jerome Full, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 9 Crossbow Court to Charles and Margaret Stanley, of Palm Coast, for $300,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 1,822 square feet of living area.

Brenda and Robby Rockwell, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 15 Pinelark Lane to Nicholas Sotos, of Palm Coast, for $130,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,632 square feet of living area.
