The top real estate transaction in the Hammock from Sept. 6 to Nov. 7 was in Island Estates. Catherine and Jeffrey Honeycomb, of Cumberland Foreside, Maine, sold 88 Island Estates Parkway to Shelley Merideth, of Alpharetta, Georgia, for $1,271,000. Built in 2014, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, boat dock, swimming pool and 3,309 square feet.

 

Hammock Beach

Five HBCT LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 5 Hammock Beach Court to L.E. and Phyllis Shepherd, of Palm Coast, for $847,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, elevator and 4,183 square feet.

 

Eddie Jawad, of Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan, sold 5 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1442, to Steven and Elizabeth Stack, of Lake Mary, for $280,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,264 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $472,300.

 

Linda and Michael Reino, of Schwenksville, Pennsylvania, sold 35 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1125, to George and Frances Sampson, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 2002, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,696 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $390,000.

 

R. Clay and Janet Carver, of Woodstock, Georgia, sold 35 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1122, to Frank and Jeannette Dennery, of Freehold, New Jersey, for $209,000. Built in 2002, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,264 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $285,000.

 

Hammock Dunes

Bradley and Nancy Batten, of Apex, North Carolina, sold 85 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 701, to Barrett and Dorinda Townsend, as trustees, for $1.1 million. Built in 2006, the condo has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,070 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $1,410,000. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

 

Alan and Ann Keller, of Windermere, sold 7 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1106, to David and Donna Hodnik, of Palm Coast, for $1.06 million. Built in 2003, the condo has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,843 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $1,095,000.

 

Charles Sklbo, individually and as trustee, sold 15 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 2502, to Nancy and Paul Davis, of Palm Coast, for $726,000. Built in 1996, the condo has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,068 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $665,000.

 

Island Estates

Nationstar Mortgage LLC, of Coppell, Texas, sold 46 Island Estates Parkway to Kifah and Riad Alkhatib, of Palm Coast, for $763,455. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 4,213 square feet.

 

Ocean Hammock

Bellagio Custom Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 32 Sandpiper Lane to Jeffrey and Elizabeth Currie, of Dublin, Ohio, for $760,000. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,346 square feet.

 

Daniel and Diane Libera, of Jacksonville, sold 900 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 835, to James and Elizabeth Miller, of Maitland, for $545,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $549,900.

 

Harold Murnane III and Kevin Murnane, of Arnold, Maryland, sold 900 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 842, to Michael Scarberry, of Jacksonville, for $450,000 Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $655,000.

 

Corncrib Group LLC, of Chicago, sold 200 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 132, to Steven and Kathleen Kloeblen, as trustees, for $379,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $651,500.

 

Yacht Harbor Village

Lady K JGB LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 471, to Paul Tibbetts and Joanne Murphy, of Palm Coast, for $342,500. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,917 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $605,300.

 

Dennis and Maria Teza, of Oak Ridge, North Carolina, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 279, to Michael and Debra Lackovic, of Chicago, for $310,000. Built in 2007, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,918 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $614,000.

 

AG-DG LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 269, to Paul Cova and Margaret O’Keefe-Cova, of Cedar, Michigan, for $230,000. Built in 2006, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,570 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $725,000.

 

Edward and Lorraine Bertsch, as trustees, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 168, to Fleming Properties LLC, of Mount Sterling, Kentucky, for $220,000. Built in 2006, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,570 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $215,000.
