A house in Ocean Hammock was the top real estate transaction for May 8 to July 3. Michael Wilson, Michael Annenberg and Donald Dupont, of Jupiter, sold 530 Cinnamon Beach Lane to Robert Cervenka, as trustee, for $1.8 million. Built in 2013, the house has seven bedrooms, seven baths, two half-baths, an elevator, swimming pool, dune walk and 5,159 square feet. Following is a partial list of other sales.

 

Hammock Beach

Dean Tannenbaum, individually and as trustee, sold 76 Hammock Beach Circle N. to Gregory Evans, of Palm Coast, for $1.1 million. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, an elevator, swimming pool and 5,079 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $777,000.

 

Michael and Kimberly Jancosek, of Munster, Indiana, sold 55 Ocean Oaks Lane to Scott and Sharon Guasta, of Palm Coast, for $1.05 million. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,326 square feet.

 

Ussery Holdings LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 83 Ocean Oaks Lane to James and Rosemary Kerwin, of St. Johns, New York, for $1 million. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,614 square feet.

 

Wesley and Vickie Blumenauer, of Palm Coast, sold 55 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 921, to Julie Desrosiers, of Canada, for $433,500. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,859 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $464,400.

 

Jackson Streeter, individually and as trustee, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 919, to Paulette Stein, of Palm Coast, for $420,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,435 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $452,000.

 

Hammock Dunes

Christopher and Dawn Ginnane, individually and as trustees, sold 53 Island Estates Parkway to John and Eva Hughes, of Westlake, Ohio, for $890,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 2,995 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $660,000.

 

Alfred and Lynn Gagliardi, of Palm Coast, sold 20 Porto Mar, Unit 601, to Gregory and Karen Emmons, of Palm Coast, for $770,000. Built in 2004, the condo has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,950 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $825,000.

 

Jason and Jennifer Cote sold 9 Via Marino to William and Diane Lovely, of Palm Coast, for $716.500. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,424 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $485,000.

 

Robert and Susan Ellison, and Ben Cates, of Scottsdale, Arizona, sold 17 Montilla Place to David and Diana Pisano, of Palm Coast, for $695,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,464 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $645,000.

 

Gregory and Karen Emmons, of Palm Coast, sold 11 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1207, to Gautam Sheth and Charles Marri, of Palm Coast, for $584,000. Built in 1992, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,161 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $530,000.

 

Mady Schuman and Kathleen Morrow, of New York, sold 135 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 501, to Frederick and Karen Bodge, of Palm Coast, for $332,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,014 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $725,000.

 

Sue Slack, of Montague, Michigan, sold 15 Viscaya Lane to Mark and Kerry Larmore, of Palm Coast, for $295,000. Built in 2001, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,837 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $243,000.

 

Island Estates

Bradley and Jill Hunt, of Palm Coast, sold 182 Island Estates Parkway to Laureen Riggin, of Palm Coast, for $1.15 million. Built in 2001, the house has five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 4,161 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $1.9 million.

 

John Brinzo, individually and as trustee, sold 129 Island Estates Parkway to John Barrett and Jonathan Vacca, of Palm Coast, for $1.08 million. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 3,851 square feet.

 

Ocean Hammock

Julie DesRosiers, of Canada, sold 69 Ocean Oaks Lane to William and Amy Gass, of Solomons, Maryland, for $640,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,771 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $565,000.

 

Ronald Guzzo, of Columbus, Ohio, Mark Latorre, of Howard, Ohio and Mark del Col, of Westerville, Ohio, sold 6 Las Palmas Way to Mark and Kathleen Webster, of Palm Coast, for $570,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,600 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $1,198,500.

 

Yacht Harbor Village

Margaret Ryan, of Merrick, New York, sold 299 Yacht Harbor Drive to Ulysse Ajram and Sandra Chan-Ajram, of Pam Coast, for $600,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, an elevator, boat dock and 4,306 square feet.

 

Phillip and Karen Dolamore, of Coral Springs, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 271, to Tara Russo, of Palm Coast, for $325,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,918 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $609,000.

 

Michael and Linda Magnus, of St. Augustine, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 466, to Kevin and Jacqueline Foy, of Palm Coast, for $235,000. Built in 2006, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,351 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $509,000.
