A house in Hammock Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of May 2-8 in Flagler County. Nicholas and Inger Foster, of Katonah, New York, sold 37 Northshore Drive to James and Ellen Reich, of Marshfield Hills, Maine, for $745,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,149 square feet. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

James and Laurie Amerson, of Sandy Springs, Georgia, sold 400 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 334, to Scott Krueger, of Gainesville, for $350,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $618,500.
Carolyn Lombardo, Elizabeth Dimaulo and Mari Linbeuf, of Acton, Massachusetts, sold 62 Veranda Way, Unit 81, to Russell Huzior, of Coral Springs, for $186,000. Built in 2004, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,143 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $127,000.
