Top real estate seller in Flagler County features pool, boat dock

A house in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of Aug. 20-26 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Jonathan and Stephanie Lizotte, of Palm Coast, sold 87 Island Estates Parkway to Monica Gonzalez and Alexandre Alvarez, of Palm Coast, for $850,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 5/5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 4,063 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $890,000. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Alyuma LLC, of Weston, sold 95 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 512, to FMCREH Jacksonville LLC, of Palm Coast, for $425,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 1,859 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $570,800.

James Veglia, of Palm Coast, sold 14 Park Hurst Place, Unit 201, to Jean Bannan, of Satellite Beach, for $130,000. Built in 1980, the condo is a 1/1.5 and has 1,050 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $67,000.

Cochran Place

Raymond and Claudia Parker, of DeLand, sold 1201 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Cedric Kalvesmaki and Ellen Damato, of Allen, Texas, for $800,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/3.5 and has a fireplace, elevator and 2,903 square feet.

Fuquay

Osprey Family Inc., of Vero Beach, sold 1859 Oak Place to Gregory and Kelli McKinley, of Flagler Beach, for $415,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,850 square feet.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 38 Grand Par Court to Walter Wilbur, of Bunnell, for $223,990. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,557 square feet.

Lehigh Woods

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 66 Radcliffe Drive to Russell and Elzbieta Mahlenbrock, of Maple Shade, New Jersey, for $244,900. Built in 2019, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,859 square feet.

Irina Trudova sold 125 Raintree Circle to Barbara Croteau, of Palm Coast, for $234,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,760 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $208,400.

Palm Coast Plantation

Valdemar and Alzira Cunha, of Flagler Beach, sold 86 Riverwalk Drive S. to Anthony and Sallyanne Trupiano, of Palm Coast, for $490,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,611 square feet.

Palm Harbor

William and Judith Wickline, of Jacksonville, sold 17 Flagler Place to John and Wendi Coheley, of Palm Coast, for $550,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool, boat dock and 2,134 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $224,000.

Steven and Carla Malm, of Kiln, Mississippi, sold 11 Carlos Court for $477,000. Built in 1984, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 2,041 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $340,000.

Genevieve Coppola, of Anchorage, sold 77 Foxhall Lane to Larry Olive and Tina Goberville-Olive, of Palm Coast, for $302,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,149 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $150,000.

Joy Madden, of Palm Coast, sold 11 Flaxton Lane to Charles Umpenhour, of Palm Coast, for $90,000. Built in 1982, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,220 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $88,000.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 7 Post Tree Lane to Fabio De Carvalho, of Palm Coast, for $185,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,284 square feet.

Pine Lakes

Charles and Rosemarie Modica, of Palm Coast, sold 104 Wood Haven Drive to Charles and Doris Brown, of Flagler Beach, for $219,000. Built in 1991, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,499 square feet.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 6 White Horse Lane to Eduardo Andreu, of Palm Coast, for $200,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,806 square feet.

Thomas Blossom and Joanne Freeman, of Clifton, Texas, sold 29 Avalon Drive to Dean and Laura Corry, as trustees, for $255,000. Built in 1987, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,274 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $180,000.

Andrew and Deborah Chance, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Squanto Place to Gumaro Pelayo, of Palm Coast, for $192,000. Built in 2008, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,475 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $175,000.
