Top home sells for $915,000, in Harbor Village Marina

A house in Harbor Village Marina/Yacht Harbor was the top residential real estate transaction for the week of March 26-31. Roger and Marcia Steimle, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 258 Yacht Harbor Drive to Stephen and Michele Seifert, of Palm Coast, for $915,000.

WJHFL LLC sold the home at 323 Parkview Drive to David Wayne McQueen and Winnifred Lucille McQueen, of Ormond Beach, for $182,800. Built in 2019, the home has 4/2 and 1,612 square feet.

Cypress Knoll

Andrew Douglas Stewart, of Red Lion, Pennsylvania, sold the home at 5 Easton Place to Thomas G. and Mary L. Rogan, of Palm Coast, for $239,900. Built in 2006, the home has 3/2 and 1,611 square feet. It previously sold in 2018 for $231,400.

Harbor Village Marina/ Yacht Harbor

Laurence S. Ratner and Kimberly Juvinall, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 264 Yacht Harbor Drive to David S. and Willa Cherese Younts, of Charlotte, North Carolina, for $890,000. Built in 2009, the home has 4/3 and 3,221 square feet.

Lehigh Woods

WJHFL LLC sold the home at 7 Rolling Sands Drive to Dayra G. Almeida, of Palm Coast, for $173,990. Built in 2019, the home has 4/2 and 1,402 square feet.

Palm Harbor

Delbert F. and Suzet D. McDonald, of Waycross, Georgia, sold the home at 55 Florida Park Drive to George E. and Sylvia A. Hamelin, of Rockville, Maryland, for$185,000. Built in 1974, the home has 3/2 and 1,456 square feet. It previously sold in 2015 for $129,000.

James A. St. Pierre, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 30 Claridge Court N. to Lauren S. Williams, of Gainesville, for $334,500. Built in 1982, the home has 3/2 and 2,333. It previously sold in 2013 for $237,000.

Applied Building Development of Orlando sold the home at 8 New Leatherwood Drive to Joseph Michael McFadden Jr. and Maria De Los Angeles Febres, of Palm Coast, for $410,000. Built in 2019, the home has 4/3 and 2,274 square feet.
