A house in Ocean Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of Oct. 22-28 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Anthony Tremblay and Susan Downey-Trembley sold 20 Cinnamon Beach Way to Kevin and Danette Trax, of Palm Coast, for $800,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 6/6 and has a swimming pool and 3,289 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $530,000. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

John and Jill Mackay, of Jasper, Tennessee, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 175, to Rhonda Benson, of Chuluota, for $233,000. Built in 2006, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,351 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $234,000.
