A home in the Tidelands tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of July 25 to July 29.

Robert and Elizabeth Orr, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 135 Longview Way N. to Renee Blake, of Freelton, Ontario, Canada, for $869,000.

Built in 2008, it has six bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a pool and 4,426 square feet of living area.
