Robert and Elizabeth Orr, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 135 Longview Way N. to Renee Blake, of Freelton, Ontario, Canada, for $869,000. Built in 2008, it has six bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a pool and 4,426 square feet of living area.

Melville Follett Jr., Jean Follett, and Pamela Barton, all of Olean, N.Y., sold the home at 1840 Central Ave. S. to William and Yanna Dice, of Woodstock, Ga., for $120,000. Built in 1960, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 848 square feet of living area.

Stonebridge
Real Estate Solutions Home Sellers LLC sold the home at 2322 Stonebridge Way to Frederick and Kerry Vierengel, of Flagler Beach, for $174,900. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,657 square feet of living area.
